Hands down the worst BK in town. I ordered ahead on mobile, got to the restaurant by car within 5 minutes, and by the time I had gotten my food 31 minutes had gone by. I watched 8 cars come in, order, pay, get their food and leave by the time mine came out while I sat and waited in a parking spot. Once I got my bag, I found out they forgot half of the order, so I’m not even sure what took so long (We’re talking two whopper meals, not exactly a large order) and on top of that the wrap I got looked like it was wrapped by a blind 2 year old. Just to top it off, when I got home with the order, I found out one of the whoppers that I asked to have plain had everything on it.

I usually don’t have a problem going to this burger king but I just went and ordered I asked for my chicken fries and fries to be made fresh. They told me to just pull up to the window. Handed me the bag of food before i even got my card back. Ice cold everything. Food must have been sitting out for 30+ minutes to have been that cold and gross. It’s one thing if i didn’t ask for the food fresh, but for me to have asked just makes it even worse. Get better employees.

The worst experience I have had with fast food. Today I pulled up to the drive through speaker and was greeted with an, “I’ll get to you in a while.” I sat there for 20 MINUTES before the man returned to ask me what I want. I ordered and when I pulled up to the window I paid my $13, he handed me my drink and said, “Just pull over to that first parking spot it will be a 30 to 45 minute wait.” I said, “Ok” and drove away. It is UNACCEPTABLE to expect your customer to spend an hour in the drive through of your fast food restaurant.

(Update: didn’t got the order at all because it got delayed again after 20 mins). Disaster. Worst management I have ever seen. I went on Sunday afternoon and it only have ridiculously one young stuff to work. Another female stuff wondered around the kitchen, did nothing but complain. I was then told my mobile order will take TWENTY mins to prepare! Then the staff said no cancellation of order except call. Will never visit again. No wonder why Burger King have so many ‘deals’ and so bad reputation.

Workers joking around in the background when I’m ordering and then said to me “sorry I can’t hear you, have a good one”, and then just cut the call during my drive through!! I think they did exactly the same to the next customer after me, who I saw drove away straight without picking up anything. Most disrespectful service ever had, just unimaginable!

It wasn’t 2 good. They wouldn’t take my order, said I had to make a mobile order. Then the order took 25 minutes. The food was good. Next time I’ll order in advance 25 minutes and hope it’s ready by the time I get there.
