Sorry I never gave a good review and am giving a bad review as a customer of over 25 years, today wasn’t the day. I usually look the other way on bad service because I know sometimes it’s busy or one bad employee is working. Sadly this wasn’t the first bad pizza I’ve had over the past few months. The pizza wasn’t even completely sliced it was 4 giant slices and they gave us a side of cheese in the corner. Nothing wrong with calling or even texting, it’s about to be 2026 you can email and “say sorry but your order will take longer”. To put this in a box and give it to a customer is pathetic and just embarrassing. Pizza in the depew Lancaster and Cheektowaga area or even western New York is super competitive. It’s a shame and this is why the marijuana laws worry me.

Been driving by Grasso’s for years, but only stopped a couple of weeks ago & ordered a Royal Sub… Sub was fantastic!! Tonight I ordered 2 Tacos & 1 slice of Cheese & Pepperoni Pizza… Delivery was fast & only $4.50… The Tacos were excellent & definitely blow Mighty Taco’s Tacos outta the water!! The slice of Pizza was huge, still warm & excellent… Grasso’s is on my list now for favorite stops…

Absolutely terrible service tonight, same as previous visit. Ordered two subs, told 20 25 minutes. Arrived closer to thirty minutes, had to wait another 10 minutes and they put lettuce all over pizza sub, took a picture for the owner. Very disappointed, won’t returning. Order taker sounded like he just woke up.

My favorite place to get food. The people that work there are always so nice, I even tip at the drive through. Their food is fabulous. From a mean steak sub with all the fixin’s, to grab a quick slice on the go, the grasszones…. Can’t find a better calzone and I drive a half hour to get there. I just got their pizza of the month spinach pizza with garlic butter crust and threw on some Italian sausage (they have great Italian sausage). Superb! Best pizza sauce around too. I got some pizza sauce on the side.

I’ve never had a bad pizza here! I must say though, they used to have vegan chicken fingers and I would order the Buffalo pizza and substitute the chicken for those. I REALLY miss being able to get a vegetarian “chicken” wing pizza! It was soooo good! But, their other pizzas are still delicious!

I didn’t have a good experience initially with a pizza years ago. However, I tried it again and it is delicious! The subs are also amazing.!! I just also tried the taco – wow!!! Theirs nothing on the menu I can honestly say anything bad about! They load the meat on the subs and tacos – love they have a wheat option and pizza is always on point!

The mashed potato pizza is amazing!! If you have not tried it before – do it! It’s so good and this is my favorite thing to order for company that’s different from regular pizza and wings. Get the chicken fingers with the garlic parm sauce on the side too!

Grasso’s is our go to for pizza. It’s extremely challenging to drive by and not grab slices. Cup and char pepperoni sitting on the perfect amount of cheese. Sauce that is tomato-y and flavorful, not a sweet sauce. Not too thin, not too thick crust with just the right crispness underneath and over the edges while soft under the topping. Totally delicious and priced right! They have a drive up window too

Ordered delivery for the Bills game. The food was very good, prices were reasonable with good family pack options, delivery was fast, and ordering online was quick and easy. Loved that you can leave a tip right on the website.

We moved from Williamsville to this area and the first time we got this pizza we knew it was our new favorite place. The pizza is excellent very cheesy and great flavor with a good crust. The chickens wings are very good. Excellent flavor and juicy. They could be a little more crispy but they are still excellent. As a buffalo born native I highly recommend this place!
