Fun and cute spot. It was a bit tricky to find. The staff was wonderful and kind. I ordered an acai bowl and smoothie. My smoothie cup was about 1/2 full, but it was delicious. Board games and books to enjoy would’ve been a nice addition to my experience. The shop was clean and well decorated. If you use a mobility device, consider using the back gate entrance.

It’s Saturday, 2:21pm. Ads, phone and website says they are open from 12-8 today! Visiting from over 2000 miles away and anxious to have a favorite shaved ice!!!! Extremely disappointed they were closed! Took my two great grandchildren who are stuck saying “butI want a snow cone!!!!”

Granny’s Shaved Ice is hands down the best shaved ice around! The ice is perfectly soft and fluffy, the flavors are bold and delicious, and everything tastes super fresh. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the vibe feels like a little slice of happiness. You can tell a lot of love goes into what they do. Whether you’re cooling off on a hot day or just craving something sweet, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!

This was my first time experiencing Granny’s Shaved Ice. I love it! I was initially overwhelmed by all the options. My best friend ordered what’s pictured, the pineapple with a scoop of vanilla ice cream with tiger’s blood and gummy worms to top it all off. We ordered at the same time, but my order was accidentally overlooked (hence why I don’t have a picture of mine). After waiting for almost ten minutes and everyone behind me receiving their orders, I informed the staff that I hadn’t received mine yet. They were so apologetic. OMG! I was first overwhelmed by the options and then I was overwhelmed by the customer service and accommodations to rectify the oversight. They made me feel so special and even refunded me my money and still gave me my order. For this, I will definitely return and bring my friends to enjoy such a tasty treat. There are three benches with an umbrella shade, a bean bag toss game, a horseshoe game, and bubbles galore to make the experience feel like a fun day at the park.

This was our first time visiting Granny’s Shaved Ice. Let me tell you, it was perfect for a hot day. We got massive snowcones that were considered a small plus, a pup cup for my dog. The dill pickle snowcone was AMAZING. Plus the bonus straw to drink it as it melts is a great add on. Most definitely recommend and will be back. The cheap cost alone is worth the visit!

I used to live in new york and would get italian ice up there, but this is SO MUCH BETTER! I am obsessed with this place! Super cute and great for photo opportunities. They have so many different flavors and options. I was suggested to try the snow milk and I’m so glad I did. I will drive all the way from Austin to visit this place!

Great service and shaved ice! Tons of specialty flavors. I got the Wildcat, which had cream and Blue Coconut. Regular size is huge and comes in a bowl. Plenty of syrup. Seating area is available outside. Would come back again.

My kids absolutely loved the bubble gum flavored snow cone. I’ve driven past this place but this was my first visit and they were very helpful. They had an extra room with couches and books in the lockers for the kids ❤️
