Went here after looking at what’s in the area. I made a great choice coming here. They normally need reservations but since I was a single seat I was able to get in. Adrienne was great, told me up front they were backed up in the kitchen but after what I eat they should always be backed up. The food was great, hot and not rushed. Started off with the pretzels and roast beef sandwich with au jus and horseradish sauce. The beef was one of the best I’ve ever had and I’m from Philly and we have some great roast beef and pork.

Overall, not horrible. I got the slider tower and the burgers didn’t have much flavor. Fries were meh. Husband got the millionaire bacon burger and his was delicious. We were told we could only sit at the bar even though there were numerous empty tables. We were told they were reserved. Upon leaving an hour and a half later, they were mostly still empty.

Came here for dinner tonight. We had 4:45 reservations and showed up about 15 minutes early. The hostess was way over occupied, left to attend to the phone, take out orders, and every customer who walked through the door. It took awhile for her to get to us, which I understood. We were seated by 4:50. A rocky start, but it was understandable.

Had the Cajun shrimp boil and it was very good. Large shrimp and very tasty but not overly spicy.

First time visiting the restaurant. The food was horrible. Ordered the Stack Cheese Burger, sweet potato fries, and salad. The burger was over cooked and not a full patty. It looked like pieces if burnt meat. The salad was cheap iceberg lettuce. The sweet potato fries were burnt and look like they were from the bottom of the fryer. The bathroom was clean. Server was polite but didn’t provide additional napkins. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place is a waste of money and calories.

Nice place to have a small party. I came here to celebrate my friend’s daughter’s first communion. It’s not my first time to attend a private party here, and each time I look forward to their delicious food. The place was busy, but they kept social distancing and mask enforced, they have a large outdoor area. Our server was a very good host making sure we had enough food on our table and clearing up the used utensils, dishes and glasses, and replacing them with new ones. She even provided boxes and bags for those who wanted to take the leftovers home.

My husband and I came to town for the night and ate here. The waiter was on top of things . The food was wonderful . The bloody Mary’s were VERY GOOD ! We also got a flight taste of beer. Some were not for us to bitter but some were good for$ 4.95 we just had to try . The sirloin steak potatoes and asparagus was AMAZING ! My husband had the ribs (which fell right off the bone with fries and asparagus , THAT TOO WAS AMAZING ! We will be back !

I have gone to Granite City before during the day for business lunches, especially when my prior boss was visiting from Texas. In addition, I have come a couple of times after work at night or on the weekend to eat. My son was graduating from high school, and I needed a place that takes reservations and was able to accommodate 13 people. Granite City has been able to accommodate work groups that large, so I figured that I would give them a shot. That was the best move that I could have made. From making the reservation on the phone, to the hostess seating us, to Ashley going above and beyond, the menu being perfect for all kinds of dietary needs, etc. Ashley did an amazing job keeping up with drinks, getting our food order right, always checking in, and so much more. Ashley even took a minute to go with us outside to take some pictures of our group. I am so grateful for Ashley and Granite City on making my son’s day even more special. Thank you so much for everything!!

I liked this place. They certainly have an interesting design for their growlers and they make sure you know about them. The beer was very good, although I was a bit disappointed that they too have seasonal be on their menu that they do not serve anymore. I was looking forward to the Märzen. The fries that came with my fish and chips didn’t convince me, but the fish was great. Overall, I liked the atmosphere and the friendly staff.

During my standard 3-visit review timeline, I’m pleased to say that this Naperville location has drastically improved their quality, speed and service since opening a few years ago.
