This little restaurant has alot of character! The food I would say was pretty much average. The burgers were good just a bit dry, fries were OK. Complimentary chips and salsa were served before our meal.

1st time to eat inside. I had swiss and mushroom burger and husband had red smothered number one burrito. Both were good. Atmosphere is rustic and nice. Heads up to guest order and pay before being seated and if you order a burger you use the burger bar. Lettuce and onion are fresh tomatoes are kinda soggy mayo comes in packets. Seating is booth and 4 top tables.

Grandpa’s Grill was amazing! The chips and salsa was great. The pinto beans were probably the best I’ve had anywhere! The ribs were so so, but overall, the meal was great. I definitely recommend if your passing through. Seems to be a local favorite as well.

The Western Burger was perfect for lunch. We went right before the 12 o’clock rush. The staff were very friendly and eager to check on us throughout the dining experience. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Passing through Gallup stopped by this unassuming but wonderful place. We were served the best breakfast we had in years by an extremely attentive staff. Everyone seemed friendly including the manager who stopped by to check on our order. Inside has a unique decoration. There are plenty of seats for a small restaurant. I’m sure we will be stopping by here everytime we are in the neighborhood.

Traveled to Gallup for work. Ended up stopping here because of the other positive reviews. Friendly and very attentive staff. It was cool watching them make my burger fresh. All the toppings in the lil condiment bar were fresh and consistently chopped. Now for my burger. It was cooked perfect and held together really well. I ordered the western burger. I only ate half of it and had the rest for dinner later. Great bang for your buck and service with a smile. Who doesn’t like that?
