I had to leave a review for the amazing young man working the drive-thru. I wish I remember what holiday it was.. maybe Labor Day or 4th of July? So many places were closed, they were incredibly busy, and he was handling the window completely on his own like a pro. He stayed friendly, efficient, and calm the entire time.
Our food was fresh, hot, and ready so quickly — you would never have guessed how busy it was. Huge credit to him for absolutely crushing it under pressure. Outstanding service!

Today I ordered a whopper no cheese, fries and Dr.Pepper, large. Got to the window paid for our meal and headed up the Skyway. Got half way up the hill and reached for a French fry. Wow! They’ve reduced the size, again. Looked further they changed the shape of a whopper…? No… once AGAIN they gave us the wrong order. It was a chicken sandwich! A very small one??? I wasn’t going to go back down the hill, it was raining again and foggy. Took a bite of the chicken sandwich and it had nothing on it and was too salty to eat as were most of the fries. Burger King use to be one of my favorite placed for a quick hamburger. Not anymore.. 3rd times a charm and I’m done.

This site was the worst in Chico by far…. Food: missing and misrepresenting! And dry somehow.. where’s the BBQ Burger King service was all right! Dirty drive-thru.
Food was very disappointing… Fries were salty but hella hot and good.

A solid four star experience for a busy fastfood establishment. Delicious and made to order with well-prepped ingredients. Kind service, always told that I rule and other sentiments. Recently remodeled and looking good with plenty of seating. 24 hours. Their icecream machine is never broken, unlike their competitor.

Burger King on Notre Dame is the worst service in the history of food. 1 hour wait in the drive through minimum. They don’t even take orders without a machine inside. Zero friendly.

The food was cold, bread was stale and they are overpriced. For what we paid for that those horrible meals,we could have went and had a sit down meal. We won’t be returning. If they don’t turn around the customer service and food. They can count there days of staying opened.

For what the prices used to be compared with today is now exorbitant. In this day and age with obesity and bad eating habits comes the responsibility’s of making sure our younger generations choose healthier options. Monterey has adapted the Blue Diet. That diet consists of no fast food or sugars. Whole foods and organic vegetables.

Hire employees, i understand it can be busy, but everytime i vist this establishment its extremely slow, even when there are only 3 cars in the drive thru and few inside. HIRE! people want jobs.
