We kind of stumbled on Grande Restaurant because we were staying at a hotel close by. Our dining experience was fabulous—the Italian food was absolutely delicious from start to finish— especially the sauce! Nancy, our server, was exceptional —attentive, and genuinely welcoming. To top it off, the owner even stopped by our table to check on us. We’ll definitely be back!

This is great place to sit outside in the partially shaded area or the outdoor bar seating. Food is a bit of a hit or miss. Didn’t like the calamari; my favorite is the homemade meatballs. If you order from the happy hour menu then you can try several different things and find your favorite. Good drink specials. One of my favorite places.

5 stars! This place is amazing! The atmosphere and the live music was so good! Our bartender, Kelly, exceeded our expectations and was so welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing, the service spectacular! I wish I would have gotten better pictures but I was too busy enjoying myself. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely come back here again!

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food was completely bland and stale — absolutely no flavor. We ordered three dishes and three Aperol Spritz, all of which were overpriced and underwhelming. Even the drinks, which should’ve been refreshing, were flat and poorly made.
On top of that, there were flies everywhere, landing on our food and buzzing around the table. It was honestly disgusting. We couldn’t even finish our meal — not just because of the taste (or lack of), but because it felt unsanitary and uncomfortable.
I’ll be adding photos to show exactly what we were served. For the price we paid, we expected much, much better. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

If I could leave less than a star I sure would. The customer service vice is non existent. They don’t care about their customers. Really sad.
We ordered pizza. We asked for light sauce. The sauce was so thick it squished out onto the plate. I used 3 napkins to absorb some of it. It was disgusting. I can’t eat it. The crust is great. The cheese is lovely. The amount of sauce is inedible. I called. They said “oh we are busy. Must be a kitchen mistake ” No offer to bring it back and have it remade. Nope. I tried to call back to get them to remake it. The refuse to answer my number. So I’m stuck with $30 if pizza we can’t eat.
What great customer service! I sent a message no response.
I never leave bad reviews. But this is just wrong. They can’t even respond.

I guess 6th times is the point I throw the towel in…. I greatly enjoy their Chicken franchise but they barely put any sauce in it . So I’ve been nicely asking for extra and that I’ll happily pay for it if needed …… nope doesn’t matter I guess . Ordered today picked it up go to reheat it and it’s empty. Sad part is this time I called and asked very nicely again … for over $30 for the dish I find it disappointing now ..

I would be lying if I said my experience with Grande’s was anything short of A-MA-ZING! I hosted a banquet on the outdoor patio at the beginning of March, and I am blown away by the overall experience. We comfortably seated about 50 guests, and everyone enjoyed the incredible food. Graziella, Donna, and Theresa are stars! Donna communicated with me on every detail of the day, including food, weather, linens, etc. Theresa was insistent that she would start serving drinks when people arrived so everyone would feel welcome, and I think that is awesome. Graziella helped with serving and cleaning, and when she realized I had made an error with tipping, called me to ensure it was correct and kept close communication with me. These ladies, as well as the rest of the staff that was present that night, ensured I had an easier night in spite of all the running around. I absolutely love Grande’s and am totally looking forward to returning. Notably, their prices are very fair and they are very easy to work with.
If you have the choice to go anywhere for lunch, early dinner, or to host an event, I suggest you choose Grande’s.

Fantastic establishment! The only thing that can beat the area, setup, and welcoming staff members is the food. We had a family gathering at this location, that I’ve not been to before, and everything was superb. It was a great experience for everyone!
Should you be undetermined of whether or not to try this place out, do NOT give it a second thought! Go in, order your food with a nice bottle of wine, and soak in all that Grande has to offer. You can’t forget about the cannolis though! Before you know it, like myself, you will find yourself looking forward to the next time!
