Loaded Tator Tots are so good initially but as they cook definitely needed tossed in the air fryer to bring them back to life. Meatball Sun came all out of sorts. Never have I ever seen tomatos on a meatball sub. Pizza is mid.

Staying in Columbus for a few nights so ordered pizza and had it delivered to our hotel. Customer service was great, from the guy who took our order to the friendly guy who delivered promptly. Love trying out new local pizza joints and their pizza, with generous cheese & toppings, was one of the best thin crusts we’ve had, thank you so much! In fact it was so good I forgot to take a pic before we dug in

Grandad’s has fast friendly service. You can order online which makes it convenient when picking up kids from school. The pepperoni pizza is really good. I ordered an extra sauce extra cheese pepperoni pizza and the sauce was overwhelmingly sweet. Will stick to my regular order and not get extra sauce next time. It was nothing they did wrong just my mistake. If you are in the Grandview area give them a try.

The Pizza is exactly ok, I have nothing overly positive or negative to say about it.
The restaurant needs to be cleaned better. This didn’t bother me but there’s also no seating inside or outside.

It was our first time dining in, my husband previously had it for a work event. Somethings to remember for the future: the business front is carry out only, but if you’d like to eat inside seating is next door at the pub. Really cool place and the bartender lady was awesome.
The best flavor pizza was the burger, onion, & mushroom. Will definitely be back and I would suggest others give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I and my family have been eating granddad’s pizza in grandview for over 10 years. The food has always been great as was their employees and delivery drivers. Today the person takin my order was horrible to me. He said he was a new manager or mangr in training. I ordered a delivery on Wed. Aug 20 2025 and the driver forgot my drinks. He wad VERY kind and apologetic. He returned 25 min later with my drinks. He offered to put a credit for half the order amount when he returned to work. I thanked him. I called today for delivery and asked what my credit amount was. The “manager” (ha!) rudely told me there wasno credit and that I wasn’t allowed any more credits. I said I was offered one by the driver. He then said I had too many. The truth is they had messed up too many orders or deliveries!! He then asked why I continued to order from them. HUH?! I then told him because we love their food and that they don’t get it wrong as much as they do right. He was so rude and the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. Very downgrading to me. I told him that I and most likely my friends and family would no longer patronize Grandads pizza. Bottom line he thinks it’s ok to mess up orders and not make them right. The delivery guy should be the manager. He was polite and wanted to right a wrong. I will miss the awesome pizzas,salads and subs but not countless mistakes and rude pompous guy in charge today. He just cost the business a lot of money over $11. Dominos, Jets and Panzera here we all come. This is my first negative review. He was too aggregous to let this slide.
