WOW!! Great restaurant!! I just had the best Chinese food in a long time! Grand Harmony on Genesee St in Utica is a fantastic Chinese restaurant to go to!! I ordered General Tso’s chicken, won ton soup, and a couple of egg rolls!! Yummy!! I loved it!! I loved it so much I even ordered Pepper Steak, and Moo Goo Gai Pan to go!! I’d definitely order from Grand Harmony again!!
