Food is great, service is amazing, and friendly staff. I got a lunch plater that included chicken and broccoli, fried rice, shrimp roll, fortune cookie, and a diet coke all for $12.50. Good portion for a great price. Will be going back!

I’ve been ordering from this establishment for years with no issues, then today for whatever the reason they delivered my order to another town. When I explained that I’d rather not except food that has left chain of custody on unsupervised on someone’s doorstep, and that I’d prefer to cancel my order, the representative on the phone for Grand China hung up the phone.
This may be acceptable behavior culturally in main land China, but not where I’m from.
I’ll never order a single thing from this establishment again in my lifetime. Respect is as important as the food itself.

I have been ordering from this establishment via DoorDash for years. Everything was great until my last three orders where they sent the wrong sauce for my sweet and sour chicken each time. I don’t like the sweet and sour sauce and always ask for a side of brown sauce (like the chicken and broccoli sauce) on the side. This has never been an issue until recently where they continue to put egg foo young gravy with my order.
The first time I ignored it thinking it was a simple mistake – the second time I called to let them know I received the wrong sauce for the second time and they tried to tell me that egg foo young gravy is brown sauce however when I finally spoke with a manager they acknowledged their mistake. This time I called the restaurant to ensure the right sauce would be sent with my order and was told the “manager” handles online orders and would call me back. Did not receive a call back and shocker received the wrong sauce AGAIN. This time they also provided the wrong side (was supposed to be plain lo mein but received fried rice).
I tried to call, clearly upset, and the person on the phone insisted I was wrong and hung up on me not once but twice. I asked for their name and they told me “they don’t know their name” and refused to put the manager on the phone.
I will no longer be ordering from this establishment and will move my Chinese food orders to somewhere that actually listens to their customers and corrects their mistakes.

I use to like this place years ago. I’ve ordered wonton soup two times recently in a row and both times the meat inside taste of the wontons was sour. Like it was old, went bad or maybe not refrigerated properly. I won’t take the chance of ordering again and getting sick. I certainly Miss Hing far restaurant since they burned down, Fortune Cookie Chinese restaurant was my only other choice thank God for The Wonder app. That is my go-to now.

Zero stars if I could …Used to be our favorite Chinese Takeout now we will NEVER purchase from them again. They must have changed owners since everyone from the rude person who answers the phone to the clueless delivery guy are different. The delivery guy rings the bell and runs, leaving your food there. The girl who takes the order is rude. Prior to this time, we ordered Egg Foo Young but did not get the white rice. Gave them another chance today, and AGAIN NO WHITE RICE or Egg Roll. And that’s not the worst part. I asked for boneless ribs with extra sauce and they said they never had sauce, when it ALWAYS had sauce. Been ordering there for years since my kids were small. Once we got the order, there was a long, white hair intertwined in the extremely dry ribs. We called and the “manager”, who spoke as of it was scripted, said he would send back the delivery guy with a replacement and to send back the boneless ribs with the hair so he could “show his chef”. I was so disgusted I couldn’t eat but chose ribs instead of boneless as a replacement. The delivery guy returned and looked at the container of ribs wondering why I gave them back. Again, they did not send the rice. We called again. They did not understand why I was calling back and after saying my meal did not come with rice, which it did, said they would send back the same delivery guy. A few minutes later, we got a call back from someone we had a very difficult time understanding, demanding we send back lo mein that she “thinks” she put in our bag, which she did not. She was very argumentative and refused to send the delivery guy with the rice unless we sent back the lo mein, which we DID NOT ORDER, RECEIVE OR HAVE. Then she said it was too busy for him to come back out so they will give us the white rice next time. There will not be a next time. The error was NOT ours. You need to learn how to deal with your customers because this is not it. The food quality has gone down significantly as well.

I called simply bc I wanted 2 orders of spring rolls. Went to pick them up, got home and realized that they were not even warm. Called & they told me to bring them back, for whatever reason, idk. I took them back to the restaurant thinking that she would just throw them in the grease quickly for me and I’d be on my way. No. The lady at the counter, gave me fresh spring rolls immediately when I walked in and said these exact words to me “I’ll take them back, and give to someone else.”
Blew my mind!!!! Because she has no idea what I’ve done to them, yet you’re gonna sell them to the next person? I will not be returning. If that was said to me blatantly? I could imagine what else goes on behind that counter. No thank you.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I’ve never experienced something like this in my life. I’ve worked in customer service and in restaurants so I’d like to think I’m pretty understanding and empathetic.
My family always orders from here and we’ve never had an issue. Tonight we ordered a few things but I had a pizza roll and small veggie fried rice. When I got to the bottom of pint and took my next bite, something was hard. At first I thought it was an overcooked vegetable. No…what I pulled out of my mouth was the tip of a fingernail. A long one at that. I took the pint over to the restaurant with the fingernail back in it and showed the woman working the register what it was. Her first response was “no one here has long nails”, argued with me about it and tried to give me $6 dollars when we ordered $40 worth of food. The right thing to do would have been to refund the meal and apologize. She refused. I’m disgusted and we wont be ordering from here again. I hope everyone thinks twice before ordering from here.

Eat here at your own risk, the chicken in the chicken fried rice was raw. Our bourbon chicken was some sort of pork dish. We called the restaurant and the manager was rude, dismissive and combative. Dont eat here unless you want salmonella from undercooked chicken, the inside was pink.
