Great chef inspired menu.
I do miss the fusion dishes they had in previous years.
Their tacos are delicious and seasoned spectacularly.
Their wood fired pizzas are always perfection.
The Elote pizza hits all taste buds, salty, sweet, tangy, sour.
The sweet pea guacamole Is great. The chips look like they use hand made corn tortillas.
Drinks and beer selection are very nice as well.

The doughnuts are insanely good. I looked over and saw her making them from scratch. Highly reccomend, comes with warm chocolate and caramel sauces. I kid you not some of the best doughnuts I’ve had in my life.
I also enjoyed the Mezcalrita, and the other food is good as well haha but the doughnuts definitely stand out to me.
The atmosphere and fire is nice, although I do reccomend coming in the afternoon as it can get busy in the evening- the acoustics could be better and it can get hard to hear if there’s a lot of people.

Gran Castor offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious Mexican cuisine and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The food was full of flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients, each dish we tried was satisfying and well-prepared. The ambience adds to the overall experience, with stylish decor and a vibrant vibe that makes it a great spot for a night out. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
The only drawback was the cleanliness. While the dining area had food crumbs, restrooms were smelly, and floor could have used more attention. It didn’t overshadow the great food and service, but it was noticeable and bad.

We recently tried their sister restaurant, Vinstta Garage and it was great. Let’s begin with our server Lindsey, she was great. Although she was busy she made sure to continually check on us. She made good recommendations and was patient with us. The food was good too. The cheese bread (appetizer) is good and plentiful. The platter is huge. I ordered a shrimp taco. It was good but different. It can with pickles. My wife ordered the Elote pizza and she loved it. I also tried the Carne Asada Burrito. It was good also. It came with rice and beans on the side. I was a little disappointed buy the plain rice that was served up. I expected Mexican, Spanish, or cilantro and lime rice, but it was just plain white rice. Just a suggestion. I would totally recommend this spot. It’s a cool place to hangout. Oh yeah, their Chipotle dipping sauce is awesome.

BEST CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP EVER CONCOCTED.
Wonderful staff, incredible food and prices. Fun atmosphere. Hand crafted cocktails, new ones for each season. Real corn tortilla tacos with a beautiful melding of flavor in each bite. (You can ask for flour tortillas) I literally can’t go to any latin American food place now, they have ruined all of them for me No place even comes close and I don’t even know how I ate Azteca at one point.
Been here multiple times, will continue to come back! One of my favorite spots! You guys are awesome!!!

We went for an early NYE dinner. Arrived @5:30ish and our party of 12 was sat immediately.
The service was great, I wish I would have gotten our servers name so I could shout her out, but either way she was a professional.
The drink menu option is a C+ to B-
The drink menu execution was A+
Though the drink menu was small (specialty cocktails), the ones they did have were delicious and presented well.
The beer was cold and the tequila options were good enough.
The menu was also really small which is not a bad thing, necessarily, and once again everything delivered was timely, attractive and tasty.
The appetizers we shared were the Nachos, Queso and simple melted cheese and steak nachos which were all good, not the greatest of all time, but were really scrummy, from the 4 years Olds, the the 12 years Olds to the 45 year Olds, we all devoured em.
As for the entrees, everyone ordered something different. I was the only one to get a doggy bag (I ate too many nachos). Everyone was happy with what they ordered.
For desert Key Lime pie and donuts.
The key lime pie was fine.
The donuts were 50/50. I mean literally 50/50, like half were delicious the other half was oily and burnt.
I recommend and would return for sure. I wanna dig into there taco menu.

The food was amazing! From the perfectly crispy and salty tortilla chips with three salsas and guacamole with spicy pepitas, to a cod torta, ahi tuna taco, sweet potato taco, and a key lime pie (that we shared!), we were so happy with our meal! Our waitress was kind and attentive and went out of her way to answer our questions, make smart recommendations, and make sure we had a great experience. It was a fun, vibrant, yet cosy atmosphere with a large fire pit feature in the middle of the dining area with several couches surrounding it. A place where you could hang out with friends and relax, watch sports at the bar, or have a date night. We are definitely going to be back on a regular basis.

First time here visiting this latin-infused menu. Fun seating that incorporates traditional seating with cozy fireside seating for those that just want a light meal or assorted coffees, margueritas, or other beverage. Service was good. Knew the menu well. Was a bit slow for getting check even though it wasn’t a full dinner service time. Food: appetizer was the queso dip. It was good, cream cheese based and scoopable, not dipable. For dinner we ordered the House taco (Banh Mi, Taco Night and Spiced sweet potato and small chopped salad. Banh Mi was my favorite, sweet potatoe was way too dry Taco night was a safe taco. Other guests ordered the Gran Castor Burritos. Thumbs up for yhe pollo asada. Honcho hot was messy with oil dripping everywhere and lacked full flavor. The amount of food served was good but a bit pricey for each person. Glad we visited though. Would come back to try their wood-fired pizza options.
