We used to order here all the time but recently stopped because they always forget things when we order. Tonight we ordered food and once again they forgot things. We paid $1.50 for two garlic sauces which we didn’t get. I’ve had to call three times tonight trying to get my $1.50 back from them and they want me to call again tomorrow morning because they say a manager isn’t there and they can’t do anything without a manager. I’m not going to be ordering from here again. Yes it’s only $1.50 but they do this all the time and im not paying for anything I didn’t get….. ridiculous. The foods been nasty too. Don’t recommend. Yall can keep my $1.50 cuz we won’t be back.

I just wanted to share with the community, coworker and employers. That there is a employee at this place by the name of Gavin that spread hate speech in the form of racial slurs proudly. Not only is that disgusting and hateful to a largely marginalized group of people but it is also something that in no way should ever be tolerated without severe repercussions. I am beyond disgusted and I also have proof of Gavin using the N word on multiple occasions. It seems as though this is something he is proud of and i frankly do not recommend that anyone support or allow this type of behavior. it is 2026 and is about time that we stop allowing non people of color use hate speech to make others smaller or put people down. I hope that you seriously consider taking your business someplace where you are valued by the staff.

Dine in is usually fine. Ordered delivery and the salad was measly compared to what you get at the restaurant. Also…the box was closed with staples. Luckily, I noticed, but I would HIGHLY recommend checking the boxes for staples and be careful when you open your food (that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, Grammas). Fries were severely over cooked and pretty much inedible. And finally – somehow the bread of my hoagie was rubbery. Not sure how you pull off that one. We’ve decided we won’t order carry out or delivery any more.

The driver was a jerk7 dollar tip shaken up pop because he forgot it in the first place. Didn’t even knock to let me know he made it back with pop where I was gonna give him another 3 dollar tip because I understand a mistake was made. As soon as I opened up the pop it exploded on me. Guy was very unprofessional looking in the first place. I spent 55 dollars on food for this guy to not care for the food he delivered. Not sure I’m coming back for awhile. I sure hope when I do come back it’s not the same guy. 3 stars for food 1 star for delivery service. Things happen no reason to shake up pop and leave it without letting the customer know. Careless terrible attitude.

Crispy-crunchy, ooey-gooey is how I would describe the Hawaiian pizza and the Jalapeno Poppers. These were cooked perfectly and served by very kind wait staff. I enjoyed these delicious eats while I watched the Reds game in their dinning area. Had a great time!
