We’ve been here twice in a row already! Yesterday the pancakes, today the omelets. Everything is very tasty and service very nice! We will keep coming here for the rest of our stay in Sturgis. I just need to try everything they serve!

Really great food with a small town diner atmosphere. The portions were large and we couldn’t finish it all, but we didn’t walk away feeling gross which makes me think they’re using better quality foods. We have a new favorite breakfast spot.

I ordered the veggie omelet and hashbrowns. The veggies weren’t fresh at all, canned mushrooms, canned or frozen tomatoes (pale and mushy), canned or frozen green peppers (also pale and mushy), slimy, translucent onions. The eggs were stretched thin and greasy. It was more like a burrito than an omelet. It was big though. My hashbrowns came out undercooked and tasteless. I asked for them to be cooked more, and they happily obliged. The service was actually exceptional, but the food didn’t match. The place is also quite run down, and looks like it could use a deep clean and a makeover. The table I sat at had previously been duct taped and the tape has since come loose, so there’s a piece of the edge just kind of hanging off. I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and chips to take home for my son. I was not impressed at all when I opened the box to look at it. The chicken looks very white and unseasoned. Seems like they use the cheapest, lowest quality ingredients they can. It wasn’t the worst thing I’ve ever had from a restaurant; I did finish my omelet , but I won’t be back.

Outward appearance can be deceiving. The food here was great, service was fantastic. A very friendly environment that makes you feel right at home. Will definitely go there again.

Just a little hole in the wall place. Food was good. Service was good. If your from South of Michigan then you’ll not like the sausage gravy…it’s different for sure.

I went here for breakfast and had basically raw potatoes on my skillet, which wasn’t good, but the ham was great and coffee not bad. I paid my meal and left. I later looked, and they managed to steal an additional $7 dollars on my bill. I would highly encourage anyone who has eaten here to not only get your bill when you leave but check your statements. The owner is a thief and fought me on the phone and tried every stall tactic in the book to avoid resolving the issue. Buyers be aware

Very small location with decent sized menu. Wait time on food can take up to an hour on even simple orders, however kitchen size appears quite limited which makes the wait understandable. Staff could be quicker at cleaning tables after customers and it would be much nicer to not see any of them touching their faces without washing or sanitizing right after especially when they are the ones bringing plates of food to the tables. Staff is very nice and very friendly with everyone, seemed very accommodating and welcoming. Food tastes of homemade and it is delicious! Refills and check ins would be appreciated as our water refills took almost as long as the food did. Overall not a bad spot, just could use a few improvements here and there.
