Today, you lost a customer of 20 years. Your no cash policy is ridiculous. I’m fully capable of paying with a card. However, theres not a chance I’ll be told that I have to at a sandwich shop. If my cash isn’t good enough for you then I’m happy to spend it elsewhere. I’m sure my review won’t make a difference but plenty of people out there feel the same way I’m sure. basically you’re saying people without a credit or debit card we don’t want your business.

I ordered curbside pick up from the Volvo Road location. I ordered the chicken salad plate with pasta du’jour, and fruit. The chicken salad was simple with light flavors and delicious. The rotini pasta was lightly coated in a tasty pesto. The fruit was fresh and juicy. Service was super fast and the staff member was very friendly.

Just picked up a Ham & Swiss from Chesapeake location. The quality and quantity of product is disappointing to say the least. It was more of a salad sandwich with a touch of ham and swiss. And I still haven’t found the chipotle adobo mayo. I have only ever been to the Lynnhaven location and have never been disappointed until today.

Quality of food has significantly gone down. I used to always bring my daughter here to get the Turkey & Provolone Sub with fruit on the side. I would request for the sub to be warmed up in addition to toasted so the meet would be warm. The last two times I have visited, the sub was a mess! The meat is clumpy and shredded and never warm even though I asked. The glob a ton of cheese on and it’s absolutely disgusting. The sandwich looks like a two year old put it together. The side of fruit we paid for this last time had two grapes, and melon pieces.. What happened to the strawberries and other fruit items. They are going down hill fast…Nothing special at all about this place anymore! We threw the gross sandwich away. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money as the prices have increased as well!

Have been eating at Gourmet Gang for more than 10 years .. food is always delicious, but I really wish they’d reopen their restaurants to allow customers to dine in again, as was the case prior to the Covid pandemic, plus return to being open on Saturdays. Some of best vegan and vegetarian sandwich offerings in the area .. would love to see Gourmet Gang offer more vegan and vegetarian weekly specials in addition to their meat-based fare.

Please bring back the tequila lime shrimp wrap and that Asian vegetable noodle dish (I forget what it’s called). Those were my FAVORITES! I didn’t see them on the menu when I ordered online the other day. Also, please list when jalapeños are in items! I go by what I see on the menu. I have a minor sensitivity to jalapeños. I got the teriyaki chicken wrap, which I’ve never gotten before, and there were jalapeños in it, despite them not being listed as an ingredient. The first few times I’ve gotten the tequila lime wrap, it didn’t have jalapeños. Please list when jalapeños are in the food so people who don’t like them or are allergic to them know to request no jalapeños. Do this before someone has a serious allergic reaction. Thanks.
