Went on 30/05/25 and the food wasn’t completely inedible, however the onion rings were astonishing! Two (out of seven) of our rings still had onion skin on it and another was undercooked!! Be prepared for a service charge of 12.5% which was a bit funny considering our waitress couldn’t seem to crack a smile at us once or barley speak to us! When she wanted to take our order she just stared at us in silence Basically just McDonald’s quality food for a higher price.

Odd. They have offers such as 3 sides for £9. They also do a student discount of 20%. I expected that offer items would be excluded from the student discount but full price items would be subject to the discount. Instead, they ‘competed’ on the bill and the end result was that my discount was useless. Unfortunately, I think this is intentional. Not okay.
As for the actual experience, I would say it was a nice meal. Expect to pay £20-25 per person for a drink, a main and a side. Service was quite slow really and the waiter was neutral. The food was of good quality and enjoyable but you are paying £10-£15 for a burger without any sides, salad or drink. Bit of a poor showing really when so many places nearby actually do legitimate lunchtime deals.

came here for a ‘moving in’ meal with my parents and it was absolute perfection. the staff & our waitress were all so polite and lovely to us. i ordered the ‘beyond & cheese’; and i was not let down. the whole build of the burger was gorgeous; the patty cooked to perfection; the bun warmed but not to the point of being soggy; the cheese was beautiful; perfect portion of salad & overall a real treat to my tummy. my parents also throughly enjoy their burgers, all polished off with yummy sweet potato fries & skinny fries.

Food was amazing today with the special offer price 9 £ was worth to try it for first time. Deal was enough for me . 2 bad thinks happened in terms of customer service first the waiter refused to let as go to second floor with out reservation?! ( 80% was empty) so dumb . The second thing in bills the didn’t apply the offer until I told them to do so ( she tried to avoid this like the money goes to her account!!)

Definitely the best burgers of any of this type of restaurant. Service ok and fitted a table of 4 in without a booking on a Saturday afternoon noon. Price wise I would class as reasonable for this type of establishment.

Nice place to have lunch. Burger was good, cooked the way we requested as shown on the photo. I try to take photos as it looks in reality so it’s not misleading. The place have a good ambience too with great attentive staff.

Took the family today for dinner, wasn’t busy, waited 20 mins for food, my burger base was soaked in grease, fell to bits, everyone said it was edible but not great, loaded fries was pants!! And a fairly big service charge, used to be very good, wont use again.

We came for lunch on Saturday here, lovely spot – restaurant itself is quite small so had to wait ten minutes for a table however no issue as it was a busy Saturday. Waiting staff were great, we ordered a double smash burger, Korean bbq chicken burger and kids smash burger meal. Value for money is exceptional and the food was cooked perfectly. The milkshakes are definitely a must! Will definitely be returning to this place!
