I’m a regular customer here and usually have a great experience. The food quality is consistently good, which is why I keep coming back.
However, today was disappointing. I ordered the black pepper chicken, but it came out surprisingly sweet. Black pepper chicken is not supposed to taste sweet, so I asked the server if it could be changed or if they could suggest something spicy without any sweetness.
The server recommended the black pepper chicken sizzler, so I ordered that. Unfortunately, the intent behind my request was misunderstood. I was not asking for something extremely spicy, I was simply asking for a dish without sweetness. The sizzler came out overly spicy, clearly adjusted to “super spicy,” which was never my request.
When I checked the bill, I noticed a note saying “make it super spicy” next to the black pepper chicken sizzler, and I was also charged for both dishes. That part was especially disappointing, as the issue was a misunderstanding, not a change of mind on my end.
I still like this restaurant and appreciate the quality of the food overall, but clearer communication and better handling of such situations would really improve the customer experience. I hope this feedback helps.

Love this place! Not only they’re quick to serve you, but the staff is friendly. They have a vast menu, and their food portions are big. My husband and I always share half of our dishes with each other, so we get to try more things. So far everything we’ve eaten has been excellent. I also love the little ice cream dessert they give you at the end. This is my favorite Asian restaurant.

I’ve gone to this place more than I should probably admit. They offer pretty good Chinese American foods with generous portion sizes and reasonable prices. The orange chicken is always meaty and delicious. We also enjoy the Mongolian beef and dry pepper chicken.

This was the worst take out experience ever. Me and my friends ordered ORANGE CHICKEN. Tell me why it was hotter than Rwanda. Bro what orange chicken is spicy. We go to the counter and we talk to the guy at the counter. Shout out to him cause he was chill and offered us a full refund or a new meal. But then he got this older guy who appeared to be the owner… it got critical. He comes to the counter and takes our food from the bag. He opens it and goes through our food and says if it was spicy why is there half left. Bro who eats one piece and just says lemme give it back. We had to see if it was really that spicy or it was js the temp mixed with the spice. But like I said earlier, WE ORDERED ORANGE CHICKEN. He then started laughing at us and didn’t even offer a refund at all. After 5 minutes of talking to him he finally agreed to give us only half off. I will never be stepping foot in this establishment again and this experienced ruined my whole night.

The food is great, but the service is awful!!! We went to eat there for my birthday, because I love the food. But the service was absolutely horrible!! I was so disappointed!!! Went back for .y daughters graduation dinner and she loves it. The service was much better. Thank you! We eat there all the time.

The place was nice and the atmosphere was good but the food for the price seemed a bit on the lower end. Having to pay extra for white meat is a bit too much in my opinion.
