Got Pho is a family-owned and operated Asian fusion restaurant located in Ferndale, MI, that serves Vietnamese food. Got Pho is not a competitor nor a fast-food chain. At Got Pho, we believe that a simple pho can put a smile on someone’s face. Be it winter or summer, a nice hot bowl of pho never fails to soothe one’s soul.

Not a place for children! The waitress made a mistake and instead of handling it professionally, she was very rude & yelled at my child! I’ve been coming here for years. As of late, customer service and quality/freshness of their vegetables in their dishes have been disappointing and distasteful. A very disorganized staff. Which led to a long wait time & confusion on who took my payment. Typically payment is taken when you make a to-go order. So after waiting 40 minutes patiently(& very tired) I kindly asked if our order was ready. Which it was and had been sitting there for not sure of how. I asked the waitress if the order showed it was paid. The skinny waitress with the long nails. She said YES, handed me our food. We proceeded out the door, down the street. A different waitress that never waited on us came running after us, saying we didn’t pay. I was very polite, confused, but was happy to resolve the issue- because again I’ve been coming here for years. Another waiter with long nails came running out and immediately was rude. Accusing me of being a thief, cutting me off at every word I spoke. When my daughter turned to me & spoke, The waitress with the long nails started yelling at my daughter! I will never dine or support this business again. This establishment is not for kids, not for black/brown families. Has no place being in such an inclusive community with this nasty behavior. On top of all this…. The food was disgusting, Not fresh & inedible.

The best pho broth I’ve had in such a long time! It’s really refreshing and yummy. They also have a pho-zilla challenge with a wall for the winners. The fresh rolls were refreshing and the sauce had the perfect savory flavor

I used to LOVE this place, that is until they switched ownership and decided to take advantage of their customers.
Spending nearly $20 for a bowl of pho should fill you up with decent portions – that used to be the case.
Now, expect about 1.5oz of beef for the standard portion, and, check this, the extra portion that costs $4 extra only has .5oz of beef (see attached photos).
It’s absolutely ridiculous, you should spend your money elsewhere, unless you like being ripped off.

The first picture you see is what enticed me to visit this restaurant. Someone posted this picture which is exactly the way I expect the vermicelli bowl to look like the second picture is what I got and is my picture- you can only imagine my disappointment.- no herbs, no cilantro, no peanuts… in fact, there are several pictures posted where you see the herbs, the peanuts and the hearty portion of protein… Ours looked absolutely plain next to this picture – it tasted good, but there’s good Vietnamese vermicelli and then there’s great- I wouldn’t return for this plain dish. Pho lucky is right by my house and I could have gotten the same plain vermicelli from them-
I’m intrigued to try some of their Thai dishes. And perhaps that’s what it is. Maybe this is a Thai spin on Vietnamese vermicelli but again it was the picture that made me think I was getting one thing and what I actually got didn’t look anything like it so I was eh… I paid an extra two dollars for the shrimp and pork, but there were only maybe five little tiny pieces of pork-very lacking in the protein
The fresh rolls tasted very fresh and were put together nicely. They use more of a hoisin sauce than. You get two nice sized rolls for six dollars so that wasn’t too bad- sorry, the picture only shows half of the fresh roll
Service was great. The lady who waited on us was so nice and refilled our water frequently. The restaurant was very clean.

This was the best Pho I have ever had. I will definitely come back. The food was amazing, the staff was super nice, and the restroom was super clean. You need a key from the staff to use the restroom so make sure you ask for the key before searching for the toilet. In terms of the prices they are extremely reasonable and in my opinion very cheap for the amount of food that you are given which is awesome! The aesthetics are really cute. Music was at the right volume level and it was easy to have conversations without raising your voice. Highly recommend coming here.

Stopped in for dinner last night, party of 3. We were sat promptly and received excellent service all night long.
We ordered the spring rolls, pho , vegetable curry , and basil fried rice. Each dish was brought out quickly and was absolutely delicious.
The waitress recognized us from a previous visit, commending our kindness. She brought out the head chef who prepared our meals and thanked us for our patronage.
This was my 3rd time in and will forever return!

Coming from a Vietnamese person i would highly recommend dining here. It was my first time in and the staff, especially Melody, made me feel like part of the fam!
You want delicious, healthy food? Come here ASAP. The pho broth is flavorful and the amount of meat given is very generous compared to other pho places.

Loved this place. The food was so so good. Great hospitality. Chicken pho stealed the show , as I don’t eat beef I asked for vegan broth in chicken pho it was still so good. The fried rice , crab cheese and spring rolls were great as well . The Thai ice tea was nice. Would surely visit this place again ☺️

Loved it! All the food was fresh and hot, staff was friendly. I went twice in 2 days! Getting the xl bowl gave me enough for 3 meals and when you ask them to pack it up they were nice enough to separate the noodles and meet from the broth which didn’t let the noodles get gummy.
Was a little crowded when we went the second time but over all the space is nice and cozy.
I was disappointed on our second trip that when I ordered crab rangoon she told me they had just sold their last batch for the night.
