We dined here as we had tickets to a show and wanted something near the show. This must be how this restaurant survives.

Our server was fine for what is expected at a chain restaurant but was not a great “fine dining” level server.

We started with oysters which were tasty, moved to a pork belly appetizer that was burned on the exterior and had huge globs of fat- there was nothing edible on the plate. The server appeared quite disgruntled that we shared constructive feedback when asked about the course.

The mains were the scallops and the beef Wellington. Both were good but not great. For the price point and the level of service the place is reaching for… it was not an amazing experience. We were comped a free dessert (toffee cake with ice cream)- that hit things out of the park but couldn’t make up for a very blah experience overall.

The icing on the cake is my husband has been violently digestively ill for the past three hours so… this will most certainly be a one and done for us.

Nice steakhouse in Harrahs. Has a similar menu as it’s sister restaurant Hells Kitchen but less fancier. The food was delicious especially the specialty BEEF WELLINGTON and BONE-IN RIBEYE. The restaurant was just a little busy that the service was not so attentive and as fine tuned as HK. People were waiting on just ordering when it got busy after we arrived. Also my beef Wellington seemed off on the plating (like lopsided and things were missing on the plate )
The steak was perfect cooked and very delicious! The wellington just needed a bit more sauce. Definitely will come back again if I hit big on the Harrahs slots.

Wonderfully comfortable… Excellent waitress. But absolutely terrible overpriced and overcooked dry bland steak. Ordered the tomahawk. Tasted like cardboard and ash. 215 dollars. Lobster was even overcooked and dry…Disgraceful. Manager was rude and racist. Should have gone to McCormick & Schmidt… grilled shrimp was great as well as the mac and cheese. Overall a waste of money. Never again. If the waitress wasn’t so amazing I would have just sent it all back and left. Looked far better than it tasted.

Absolutely phenomenal. We shared the lobster mac and cheese appetizer and it was amazing. The filet mignon and the NY strip were fantastic but the true star was our server Mile. He was so attentive and kind and truly cared about our experience. Great place, will definitely go again when back in AC!

The strip steak was great, however the problem was the backed patatoe was tough. The waiter took so long to see if we were OK I was too full to get it exchanged. With that being said the service was terrible; I asked the the waiter the price of the soda and he wasn’t sure and too lazy to find out. He’s been working there for a long time he should be better overall. For these prices things should have been close to perfect.

Celebrating our anniversary at Gordon Ramsay Steak was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to our server, Justin, who made us feel incredibly welcome and guided us through the menu with expertise. His recommendations were spot-on, from the drinks to the entrees.

The filet steak and short rib were cooked to perfection, complemented perfectly by the creamy potato puree and decadent mac and cheese. Even the dinner rolls to start exceeded expectations, a delightful surprise. The service was impeccable—attentive and efficient, making our first visit truly special.

The sticky toffee pudding was the absolute highlight, a warm, flavorful masterpiece that capped off a beautiful evening. We couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary dinner.

Beef wellington was the reason I came to Gordon Ramsay restaurant. I started with the crab cake which was full of crab meat, the best I’ve had. The supersonic G&T was delicious. It came with rosemary and my server lit the rosemary which gave the drink a smokey flavor, spot on. The beef wellington was more like roast beef. I was thinking it would be more like a steak. It was delicious but I wasn’t quite impressed. Overall the food was overpriced. It wasn’t worth 74 bucks. The crab cake was 30 plus but hey, its Atlantic city ‍♂️

Wonderful, polished, borderline perfect service. They were there when needed and didnt endlessly stopped by for no reason interrupting conversations. Came for happy hour because regular menu pricing is outrageous. Cocktails werent very strong. We ordered almost every item on happy hour menu, and 2 full priced appetizers, and I am extremely sad to report that not one of them was mind blowing fantastic. Unfortunately this place for the prices doesnt hold a candle to your regular Capital Grille.

Aside from having to wait 40 min to be seated even though we were 10 min early, the food wasn’t as expected from a “Gordon Ramsey” point of view. Service was excellent so that helped. Food was okay and insanely small dishes. $19 for 5 pieces of asparagus. Wellington steak was tender but the filo dough around it was ehh. Apps are not shareable unless you’re okay with eating a small bite. Fingerling potatoes had no taste. Considering how Gordon is so tough on his show, this is an embarrassment as per his standards. Might try again, if desperate.

Great food and great service. Was a little sad they didn’t have the bone in rib eye when we were there, but our server offered us great menu and drink options. There Wellington was tender and delicious but slightly smaller than expected. The delmonico steak was tender and seasoned well.
For our sides we had truffle fries which were crispy but lacked flavor. Mac and cheese had great flavor but was a small portion size compared to the price. The fingerling potatoes were great, well cooked and seasoned.
For dessert we had the sticky toffee pudding. Everything came out as ordered. Would definitely recommend going.
