Being a fan of Chef Ramsay and seeing a lot of his TV shows , I had to come to this restaurant to try out his burgers with a friend of mine. We started with the wings for the appetizers which were quite decent followed by an Idiot Burger with fries and the G.F.C Chicken Burger with Onion Rings. The burgers were quite big in size and very juicy. The flavors were on point and everything was quite delicious. I did personally feel the service to be a bit odd as I did not see our server for a brief period of time after she served our drinks and most of our plates were being bought up my the manager at front desk. While overall food was amazing and so was the vibe of the place, service can improve a bit…

I ordered the Idiot Burger and wife got the blue cheeseburger. The idiot burger was a smash burger patty with braised short rib on top, two cheeses, mushrooms and spicy tomato chutney. Great flavor profile and taste throughout and the bun was awesome. Wife’s burger was even better: really good quality blue cheese, great blue cheese dressing, little zip from the aioli, two different flavors/textures of onion, and again a great roll. I subbed onion rings with my burger but it was served with fries anyways. They then brought out a complimentary side of onion rings once I brought that up. Onion rings themselves were decent but didn’t understand the cheese on them. Added nothing and actually was somewhat off putting. The fries could’ve been crispier, same with my wife’s sweet potato fries but the aioli with those was great. We also ordered fried pickles in a cornmeal breading. Pickle chips themselves were tasty but the breading was the wrong breading for them and made them very dry.

Service just ok…..few mistakes made and not super attentive. Nice decor/atmosphere.

I’ve been to Gordon Ramsay Steak (las Vegas), Ramsay’s kitchen in Boston, and Gordon Ramsay’s Fish and Chips (Vegas) twice, and this burger place was not as good and did not stack up to the other places. Burgers shined, everything else just ok.

Worth a try once but certainly not overly motivated to go back.

The place itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, I ordered the brunch burger, and unfortunately it arrived cold. I’m sure it would’ve tasted much better if it had been hot. On the bright side, the fries were really good, crispy and flavorful. Overall, a good experience, but I hope the food temperature is better next time, especially coming from a restaurant associated with Gordon Ramsay.

Perfect as expected. Nothing to add here. Price good, food good, service good, atmosphere good.
Had blue cheeseburger and brownie. When you can feel blue cheese in a burger where it supposed to be – you know it’s done right. As in other places you try to feel the blue cheese as it’s barely there, here – you can taste it and I loved it.

Compared to the Las Vegas location, this visit was a bit disappointing. The star of the show, the meat, was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, very much what you’d expect from Gordon Ramsay, and the fries were great as always. However, the bread tasted bland, almost store-bought, and the ketchup didn’t seem house-made like it was in Vegas. Consistency between locations would really make a difference. I’d happily return if the quality matches the experience in Vegas or London.

Everything was delicious. The burger was juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor, with great balance between the ingredients. The combination worked really well, and every bite was satisfying. Definitely a very good meal.

I honestly had much more expectations from a Gordon Ramsay place. I went there to dinner with my friend a few weeks back. The place is nice and our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and helped us pick our order. For appetizers, we shared the fried pickles and they were so good. As for the burgers, I had the truffle burger and it was so salty to a point where I couldn’t taste anything else. I also had some of the truffle sauce on the side to dip the fries in and the sauce was also so salty. I thought that the issue was with my burger but my friend had a different burger and also had the same comment about it being very salty. Not sure if this is how the burger tastes there or if they had an issue with the seasoning of the meat on that day, but it was a bad experience.

Delicious! These are the Brunch burgers. Truffle fries are worth the upgrade. Super nice service but they didnt write down our order and subsequently forgot our app. ‍♀️

Great experience !
We had the vegan burger with sweet potato fries that were pretty tasty, and the BBQ bacon cheeseburger that was full of flavours (especially the meat). Also, everything held together nicely which made the eating experience even more enjoyable !
The staff is very welcoming and friendly !

I was honestly surprised how bad our experience was as we have greatly enjoyed some of his other restaurants (Fish and Chips in Vegas!!!).

We were here for lunch right at the beginning of service on Thursday July 3rd. It was still fairly quiet with the restaurant a little less than half full. The service was the first thing lacking. Our waitress was less than enthusiastic, but took our order and brought the food, so there is that. The whole atmosphere just felt, off I guess.

The restaurant was decorated nicely and the booths were clean without any stains or rips. Husband reported that the bathrooms were passable.

This leaves the food – of course, the main reason we were there. I knew it was going to be expensive having looked at the menu ahead of time. I absolutely do not mind paying for really good, quality food. This was not our experience entirely. My N.A. Watermelon drink was sweet, but good. The order of wings tasted off with my first bite. My husband ignored my suggestion to not to eat them, a decision he would regret later. The fish sandwich was pretty tasty, onion rings were all right, and the nachos were decent. Nothing wrong with those 3 items, but they definitely didn’t blow me away for the price.

However, my husband was nauseous with an upset stomach within a couple of hours of eating lunch. I did not have this same reaction and can only assume it was the wings to blame (he definitely regretted eating them). Between that and the okayness of the food compared to cost, I can’t recommend this place. There are much better options in Boston.
