This taco truck I think is new to the area! I saw the pictures of the burritos, tacos, and tortas on Google and immediately headed that way for lunch today! I got the Torta Cubana which was an impressive sized torta and very yummy! The fajita meat in particular is fantastic and the bread *chefs kiss*. The owners were so nice and they even offered me complimentary charro beans
Also I love their set-up! And how they clearly have pricing, add ons, menu options, payment methods etc. Very impressive. Will be back soon as I want to try their pastor tacos now!

My wife and I stopped by here for a quick bite on our way home and this is now one of my new favorite spots! The service was quick, food was bomb, and so were the aguas frescas
We ended up getting the pollo asado special, gordita de pastor, quesadilla de fajita, agua de horchata, and agua de tamarindo. To speed run it: the pollo asado was juicy yet perfectly crispy and had a great flavor, the pastor is one of the best I’ve ever had and the gordita was the cherry on top, the quesadilla de fajita was really good, and the aguas frescas tasted all-natural and full of flavor. I wish I took more pics but tbh we devoured it when we got home
This place gets a 10 out of 10 rating from us! Give it a try and chances are you’ll probably see us there again too lol

Ladies here always in a good mood, great customer service and the food is excellent. Always fresh off the grill. Great portions for the price. Glad I didn’t judge the book by its cover.

Man I’m telling you this is the spot!! If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out. I’ve been coming to Gorditas El Mapache for a while now, and this place delivers every single time. You need to try their pollos asados.

My husband and I are usually tired of and disappointed with the food selection and service in that area, but we decided to try this taco truck just to have something different. And BOY are we glad we did! I had the barbacoa tacos, and he had the Pollo special. They gave him a complimentary cup of charro beans. Super delicious! It was the perfect amount of pork, beans, and flavor with no overkill of broth. The Pollo special was well worth the $18. What you see in our picture is only HALF of what we ordered (my hubs dogged it out before we took the picture)! Its basically a whole chicken, cut into pieces and perfectly seasoned! Will DEFINITELY come back again!
