We are a small family black owned Bar-B-Que with a soul food twist restaurant. Googie is our pit master offering flavorful tender fall off the bone ribs, Brisket and Pulled Pork. All meats are dry rubbed cooked to perfection. Ms. S is in the kitchen preparing your homemade delicious sides, collard greens with smoked turkey, green beans with potatoes, mac and cheese, one of a kind baked beans, seasoned rice, potato salad, coleslaw and pasta salad. Desserts served are homemade (from scratch) lemon pound cake and banana pudding.

Holy smokes! Ordered the brisket dinner with cabbage/smoked turkey and coleslaw. The brisket was delicious and tender. The sides were equally amazing as mentioned by other people who reviewed their meals.
My only disappointment was they’re only open on Saturdays, and my birthday is on a Wednesday this year!

This place is one of the surprises that one gets to experience every so often. It’s unassuming appearance leads one to believe it’s not a good place to eat. On the contrary it’s an OMG eatery.
The pulled pork was so tender and flavorful. Chicken was awesome, and the baked beans was soooooooo very good. The Mac and cheese was hot and fresh just like mom cooks. Nothing tasted like a restaurant. It tasted like Sunday dinner at mom or grandma’s house. The owner that took my order was so sweet and just a joy to talk to.
This is a must if you have not eat here. Please do.

I got the Carolina bbq sandwich and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese taste like mamas and the sandwich blew my mind. They give a great portion size. I will definitely be back.
