Went to Goofy’s Kitchen for the dinner buffet and enjoyed our time there. Your able to take photos with Goofy’s before you are seated. Multiple characters walking around (Minnie, Pluto, Chip & Dale, even Goofy made a quick walk through) They visited all the tables and it was nice to see then interact with the guests especially the little ones who showed pure joy in seeing them, very heartwarming. Food was good ( basic buffet style) where even the pickiest eaters can find something to eat. Just a note there are no restrooms available at the restaurant you have to go outside to the hotel lobby or other facility.

I went with my family for the breakfast buffet & it was so yummy. As yummy as a breakfast buffet can get. My one complaint was that some of the items were cold, like the beignets and pizzas. But that would be me being picky. I loved the fruit & chia pudding, the Mickey waffles, and the breakfast potatoes!

We’ve dined here almost every other year since my children were younger (about 18 years now). This place has seen better days. The food has become more processed than in past years when you could tell the chefs made entrees from scratch. The service at the reception desk was a bit chaotic, and guests who had reservations were still waiting to be seated (ours took 1/2 hour longer even though we had reservations weeks in advance). Once seated, they stuck us in an area that was difficult to see the characters. Also, they only had 5 characters (Goofy, Minnie, Pluto, Chip, and Dale). In the past, we’ve enjoyed seeing Mickey and princesses like Cinderella or Mulan. We also purchased a birthday cake, which was delicious. Just wish we had better seats, more characters, and better quality food. Lastly, the server we got was terrific (Thanks Tyrone), but the server cutting the pot roast was stone-faced and never bothered to smile or even say “happy birthday” to our son. As expensive as these meals were, it doesn’t cost anything to smile.

Excellent service and dinner buffet was delicious. Above and beyond expectations. Good selection of different food and all tasted great. The ribs were my favorite! Just melt in my mouth. Characters came to our table to interact and take pictures with us. No line needed ! Would love to go back in a heartbeat.

Upon arrival you need to check in on your phone. You can do this 20 minutes before. After checking in you go to the front desk in the restaurant and check in there as well. Then you are sent to stand in line to meet goofy! You’re allowed to give goofy a hug and take a picture or video and get an autograph! Then shortly after that you are seated at your table. You then go serve yourself at the buffet where there are plenty of choices of food and desserts!!! My favorite was the bbq pizza!!!! Characters dance around the tables and lobby every 20 minutes . When the music starts and gets loud that’s when they come out and dance you then wave your napkins in the air and cheer as they dance! Characters come to your table and meet you and sign autographs and take pics with you. They all work their way around to every table! Our waitress name was Barbara she was super rude! All of us got Diet Coke except for 1 my husband got regular coke and she gave us all refills except for him! So we asked if he can get a refill and she rudely replied “does it look like I have coke here” with attitude and rolls her eyes! Than we told her someone in our party has a birthday and she replies “ya I already know that”! There are some hidden fees so just be aware of that! Other than our rude waitress we had a wonderful experience!!! The characters we got to meet that were there was Goofy,Pluto, Minnie, Chip and Dal! If I got the chance to do it again I’d definitely do it again!

Food was typical buffet faire. The roasted turkey was great and so were the deserts. Our server, Tyrone was amazing!!! However, the price is deceiving. We dropped $450 on 2 kids under 3, 2 kids under 9 and 4 adults. Expect sticker shock when the bill shows up.
