I got the chicken and broccoli for lunch. I was planning on getting the lunch special which they told me they don’t do on Sunday and then they asked me if I wanted larger small and I was like I have no idea cuz I always get the lunch special. I would assume the small but the small was like 10 bucks and it was like half the size of the lunch special which is like 7. So mental note never go there on Sunday again.

Discriminated against my teenagers, ignored them twice when they walked in and asked for their order to be taken, told them it’s another Chinese carry out next door, and tried to convince them they would rather eat at the other Chinese. Carryout next door instead of theirs. My sons no longer felt comfortable eat there and ordered elsewhere. I spend over $100 month here and I will never order here again. Not friendly or respectful to young black people, did not even want to take their order BEWARE!!

Ordered 2 gyro sandwiches, order of General Tso chicken and an order of steamed dumplings. General Tso was way too crispy/burnt/flavorless and dumplings dough were very undercooked almost raw. Asked for mustard sauce packets but never got any. Only game in Indian Head on a Sunday. There’s that….

I actually did not go inside. I had a friend do it for me, but I trust her to know if anything was not right; she wouldn’t have stayed. We both got the 5 wings and fries combo. I liked the sauce they sent with the meal. All the utensils, condiments and napkins were included. I thought this was nice although we went back to the house to eat.

I’ve been eating here since I was a teenager. While the food is good and the service is usually really good, often flies get trapped inside and it usually stays pretty hot inside. The do keep fans blowing to cool it off, but it’s still pretty easy to bust a sweat in there for me personally.

My husband and son eat here sometimes as it is convenient to where we’re staying currently and is about as good as a Chinese carryout can be so they do like to eat there once in awhile. Not to discredit them in anyway but there are not many choices in Indian Head, MD. However, out of the few choices, Goodies is definitely one of the better places 2 get carryout. However, their prices are a bit High for the food.
