I normally order from the US-1 location and have never had a problem. The food is always great from there. I decided to try this one because it’s a little closer to where I live. This was a mistake. All of the food was cold and soggy except what was supposed to be cold. The pizza seemed not quite cooked and chewy while the pasta was so overcooked it was just mush. The caprese salad was just sad and swimming in what was left of the oil that hadn’t escaped the container all over everything else. It had clearly been put on its side. Even the tiramisu looks different like it’s missing the ladyfingers. I tried to salvage the soggy onion rings but they were so oil soaked that they wouldn’t even crisp back up after putting them in the oven. They were just sitting in a pool of oil when I took them back out. When I got my order some of the boxes were crushed, including the middle of the pizza box, and looked like they had been rolling around in the trunk. The entire bag was covered in oil that had leaked everywhere and the crushed/open pasta container would have done the same had the food not been so cold and congealed already. I don’t get take out very often so I was extremely disappointed and feel like I wasted my money. I’ll be going back to ordering from the US-1 location where the food and service are always great.

I received an order with slices smaller than an inch, everything tastes like dishwater. The worst pizza delivery of my life. I couldn’t get a full refund from DoorDash.

I just order a blackened chicken alfredo pasta and it was not what they described on the menu. It is plain no broccoli and the chicken doesn’t look grilled it looks boiled. When i asked for a refund the guy who answered and replied to me , “ im not giving you a refund.” He asked me if i wanted him to cook the same pasta, but im telling him that lately they have been messing up on the food . This place is not a good pizza place.

OMG!! What can I say about this place! The food instore is GREAT and fresh! And I can say taste like NY PIZZA
I also had The opportunity for them to career my son’s fourth birthday party this past Saturday! And when I tell you all my guest were in love with the food we had Italian sausage and pepper, and also chicken Parm with pasta and salad, and the garlic knots ~ EVERYONE was so happy with the meal that people took food home and we had to share the location! 4 families actually went the next day to eat at Port St Lucie location and texted me how happy and clean the location was! That the food was also great like the party! SO THANK YOU ANTHONY FOR EVERYTHING YOU WILL BE USED AGAIN FOR OUR EVENTS!!

We ordered a bunch of stuff for Christmas Eve dinner. I got eggplant parm which is one of my go-to meals at Italian restaurants, and I have never had one that has spicy marinara on it. It was really not good. Only arribbiata sauce should be spicy, not marinara. The garlic knots also tasted terrible – I don’t understand how you can mess up garlic knots. They tasted like the dough went bad. I did not finish my meal but ate as much as I could because I felt bad that my mom spent the money. The disappointing thing is that both the eggplant itself and the pasta seemed good, but this terrible sauce ruined it all. After I was finished, I had a terrible aftertaste that lasted over an hour until I brushed and used mouthwash. No second chances after this terrible meal.

I was hesitant at first to order from this restaurant due to the mixed reviews. HOWEVER, the pizza was really good! I also got a super fast delivery (ordered from Uber Eats) and the pizza arrived perfectly warm.
I will definitely be ordering from here again when I get that urge for pizza.

Sadly I was extremely disappointed and we can start that I spent 19$ on the lunch deal which is 2 slices of pizza and a drink and I ordered a antipasto salad on the side with extra dressing. I’m not certain if it was because the pizza was sitting on the counter far too long before preheated or if like everyone else the quality of ingredients are depleting due to increase of prices. The sauce had absolutely no taste and the cheese was chunky and overly chewy, but also was very bland. The crust was okay but was very very thin for a New York style pizza which is all what makes me think maybe the shift was due to ingredients and not necessarily effort.
My second complaint was the salad. I would say maybe 30% of the lettuce was brown or starting to brown and the entire salad was very very wet. They definitely put about half has many pepperonis (literally gave me 8 small pepperonis for a large salad) as they used to. I understand that products are down but maybe increase the price a little because this was extremely disappointing. I’d rather spend maybe 2-3$ more and get better quality than being mad I spent $20. I couldn’t even just take the cheese off the pizza and eat it, which is what I usually do in this sort of case. I’m disappointed. I don’t like making negative reviews, but this is more so the owner knows the level of his service in case they weren’t aware. I left photos of the thinness of the pizza, the lack of meat and the wet/browning lettuce for reference.
I gave them 2 stars because the cashier was nice, the store seems clean and I don’t think it’s intentional bad service. If seen I would love to discuss how my opinion can be fixed or maybe get another order/refund. Thanks.
Well 8 months later. Second opinion. I got a calzone/Stromboli this time around and the ends were so hard I could even bite into them. The oddest part is the bottom was soggy. I ended up throwing it away as I was a little worried with how it looked when I decided to open the calzone. Dough doesn’t look cooked but somehow the outside is rock hard. The meat inside is sliced so thin, and I’m assuming that’s so they can save money and still charge you 8$. Never again. I let the snake bite my hand for the second time and it’s the last time! It’s now officially 1 star service.

Craving a slice of pizza mushroom and olives. And lost that craving with the first bite. I said I wasn’t going to judge the slice by the appearance. But I should have. it had a bitter taste that left an after taste on my tongue. This was nasty. Now I do Goodfellas the one in Lakewood park was pretty good and off midway. This one was not right

Unfortunately, the pizza is average at absolute best. Crust has no flavor, and it’s obvious that they get the cheapest toppings money can buy. I can’t seem to find more than 2 pieces of pepperoni on a slice. Boneless wings have no flavor. Bland Blue cheese. For the money, i expected better ingredients. Will not be going back.

I had teriyaki wings, a little dry but the flavor was good, and an antipasto. The antipasto was the McDonalds of Italian food with powdered cheese sprinkled on top and some weird chopped ham on the bottom. Sadly, an attempt at the Americanized version of Italian. They could definitely do better.
