Wanted to share a great experience with a manager that went above and beyond. She reached out to doordash twice on an extremely busy day during lunch rush to make sure that I would get my food after they failed to pick it up. She also asked them to give me a complete refund and remade my food which had been sitting there for over an hour. I am thoroughly impressed with her dedication to customer service.
