The girl who took the order was 1000% excellent on her customer service skills. From her demeanor to her tone. The low rating however is for the actual sandwich itself and maybe some of my fault. I ordered the Italian on garlic pepper and it was super dry. So much so that I almost went back inside for a few sides of mayo or something. Also the sandwich wasn’t cut in half nor were the condiments pushed down in the bread. If I am back in the area I will retry and rate again accordingly. I do recommend however.

Horrible, cold food! The toaster overnight wasn’t working and they used a small household toaster. The gentleman working said to be careful it was hot, no it was completely cold when I got home 5 minutes away along with a sandwich.

Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with ranch via door dash. Definitely didn’t get a buffalo chicken sandwich and no ranch. Plus my bread was switched to some peppery bread that was almost unpalatable. Totally dissatisfied with my food.

I came in with my family and ordered. The staff was very friendly. Abdou was very outgoing and made sure we knew he was going to make the best sandwich we’ve ever had. When I tell you these sandwiches were good I mean it! They were made to perfection some of THE BEST SANDWICHES EVER!!! You can tell abdou enjoys his job. Great job team edgerton. My kids also devoured their food! Will definitely be returning.

I was in on Monday night around 7pm and the woman inside was so beautiful and sweet !! Very welcoming and seemed sincere !
Atmosphere was clean, fresh and organized !
Bread was so soft and fresh tasting, all veggies were cold and fresh and the meats were flavorful and plenty !! I was nervous eating here because I’m very picky with my sandwiches !! Jimmy John’s is about the only place I somewhat enjoy a sandwich from besides the Italian delis back home in Chicago. But this sandwich was delicious ! Built well, proportionate and tasty !! I will be back for sure !

Every time I’m this way (trucker) I always stop here me and my wife Aaron and Eddie are amazing and treat everyone with respect and make you feel welcoming, bad side there’s one kid in there very tall big kid (don’t know his name but face) rude and overly charged on 2 extra meat balls total should’ve been $20 weirdly came up $29 and his demeanor was off.

Stopped and picked up 3 sandwiches. Young man working was nice and did a great job making our sandwiches. I would eat Goodcents everyday if I could afford it and if we had one in the town I live in.
