Everytime I visit this location there’s an issue. I decided to give them another shot. Did a mobile order. Arrived to get my order, I was literally the only car in the place, get my order and it’s some gross green drink. I paid $6 for something I didn’t order. Reached out about it clearly being the incorrect order. Told since I left the store nothing can be done. I had my receipt and the drink, didnt matter. Not even a sorry for the mistake. Needless to say if you want to treat yourself to a coffee and get the correct order go somewhere else. 3rd visit, same problem. Will never be returning. Quality, service, experience negative star.

Worst drive-thru experience I’ve had in a long time. I waited over 15 minutes without even being able to place an order. The line was barely moving, and cars started leaving one after another. It’s completely unacceptable for a business like Dunkin’ to be so disorganized during peak hours. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I usually enjoy Dunkin’, but this location was a huge letdown. The coffee tasted burnt and bitter, like it had been sitting for hours. My donut was stale and definitely not fresh. On top of that, the service was slow and unfriendly—no greeting, no smile, just bad vibes. I won’t be coming back to this.

I was a Dunkin’ Donuts manager, and you know I loved the culture of Dunkin. I walked into this facility. Very cool very clean smelled great extremely clean the young lady at the front cash register was a young woman very slim with dreads even though I see that Russell was on a ticket. This was not a gentleman name Russell. This was a young woman, very polite greeted me when I walked in. I gave her my order. Didn’t realize today was national donut day she reminded me that today was national donut day the one thing that I did not like, though is the gentleman who made my sandwich, walked up his nose with his hands, and then made my sandwich without washing his hands , that’s disgusting proceeded to put gloves on, but I’m also gonna get into the drink that I ordered. It was the small ice vanilla frosted donut made to freaking perfection perfection. The sandwich I didn’t eat. I throw it away, but the drink was made to perfection and the donut was soft. I’m not going to cause issues, but I am going to observe , please tell the gentleman to wash his hands when he comes from the back and continue to make food after wiping his notes that was disgusting. I still give the service the cleanliness a five star because you know the young lady was a sweetheart so you know, kudos to the management
