Delicious soft serve ice cream- lots of options for flavors. Service was quick too. I had the Carolina Concrete- in mint chocolate chip and it was delish! Lots of outdoor seating and the entire atmosphere is nice for an ice cream parlor. We will definitely return and try new flavors.

I wish that I could give 0 stars for a review. This location is really getting terrible. The last 2 times I purchased an ice cream cake I had issues. The cake was made incorrectly and was put into a box that was too small and squished the cake. I had to try to make it look presentable for my granddaughters birthday. The last time I went there, I waited at least 10 minutes while the employee made ONE concrete. When it was finally my turn, I asked what flavors of premade cakes were available. I got a snarky response saying to step out of line to look at the list of available cakes, because “ do you expect the customers behind you to wait while you read the sign” How long did she think it would take me? I left and went down the road to dairy queen. No employee attitude there.

Wow. To stop by at 2:45 on one of the coldest days of the year and probably one of their slowest days and be completely ignored.
I waited while one person was served before me… the young girl saw me at the window and turned her back and continued to tidy up the workstation, as if I wasn’t there. I thought maybe when she was finished, she would turn around, but she just kept doing things without acknowledging me. There’s no way she could not have seen me standing there. There was another employee sitting at a desk in a room in clear view of where I was standing, scrolling her phone for at least 10 minutes. Never once did she look up. Maybe she was on break but I felt completely ignored so I left.

Classic menu items are repeatedly made wrong, poor service. Ice cream itself is made incorrectly. Employees can’t be bothered to even grab the right to-go containers from the freezer. It seems that quality has gone downhill and recipes are changing / being made with more food coloring. I emailed corporate first and never heard back. I would drive to another location.

Stays busy. Sometimes finding parking can be a challenge. Next to Chicken fil A restaurant. Food and ice cream very good. There may be a longer than normal wait because of the crowd gathering or timing of your visit. Best time is early afternoons.

Got the butterscotch sundae and OMG…. seriously one of the most delicious things I’ve ever had. This was my first time having custard and I’m not really a vanilla fan, but this is divine. The pecans are the best part.
