We never ate here before and we hungry after hiking Maribel Caves- we stopped in on a Sunday and had the chicken dinner special- wow..it’s been quite awhile since we’ve had chicken that good!! Chicken was hot, crispy and juicy!! Good portions..so much so I had to take my leftovers home! Drinks were reasonable and the waitress was also the owner- personable and attentive. Don’t judge a book by its cover..this is an older establishment but is still well taken care off. Cozy with rustic vibes! We will definitely be back!

We had the Sunday breakfast buffet. The food is excellent as is the service. I gave them a 4 for food only because there is no salad or dessert on the buffet. As far as atmosphere, I also gave a 4 because I feel a little piped in music or tv while you’re eating would be nice. It’s perfectly quiet.

I had the bourbon bacon burger, my wife had the boneless wings. Sauce came on the side with the wings, but she liked that, she could put as much or as little on as she wanted with each bite. Food was excellent! Definitely recommend!

My experience varied from that of my significant other. Where I had the 2 piece chicken which tasted ok, nothing that really made me go I want more, my significant other ordered their steak sandwich. She had asked for it to be cooked well done and when it was served came out very pink inside. The exterior of the building looked rather shabby but inside it was decent looking, eating area looked cleaned. Based on my significant others experience, it makes me not want to come back. Service was decent and so were the drinks, which is why I went with three stars instead of giving a lower score.

I stopped in at this restaurant while hiking the IAT it is right on the connecting route. The pizza burger was great, and the bartender was pretty nice. The only issue I saw was that it was quite dirty.

Awesome chicken wings. They are a full wings, large and broasted. Very yummy….best in the area perhaps. Good service family run place. Good food and drinks. Affordable for a family night out.
