We ordered three burgers this evening but only one of them came with the meat. The other two just had an onion on them. We didn’t notice until we got home so we drove back and they refunded it. Staff was very friendly, but I don’t think I’ve ever had this happen at a restaurant before.

I ordered breakfast online. Decided to upgrade to combo meals. $4 extra and the coffee was undrinkable. Not sure why but it was terrible. The bacon burrito was good and the potatoes were good. Thankfully, they don’t change. Same as when I used to order breakfast here, years ago. The ladies were very nice and prompt. Please fix the coffee, it was beyond awful.

The strawberry cheesecake spoon bender is incredible. I always enjoy those and the Oregon blackberry is also an amazing flavor. I’m sure they’re all good. The service was really good and the food was delicious for fast food. Definitely better quality. Good business hours and good food.

WARNING do NOT get the large fries. I came home and weighed the medium vs the large. The medium was 100grams weight. The large was 128grams. For the price increase I’m not sure that’s worth it. Trial number two was 122 gram for the medium and 136 grams for the large. FOR REFERENCE the 14 grams of fries is about 4-5 short fries (shorter than your finger). The price difference does NOT outweigh (pun intended) the mass increase.

They made my food wrong I asked for no cheese and they put cheese on it anyway. I think burger joints should have more than just 1 kind of cheese not everyone likes American cheese. Just saying. Plus this was my first time being there. It wasn’t what the commercial said it was hype up to be. Sorry

First time at Good Times! You can taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The service was fantastic and friendly. I was disappointed with the atmosphere. Outdoor seating only. It was very hot outside. It can be a vibe to eat Al fresco, but being out in the boulder sun all day, air conditioning would have been nice. It feels like a grab-and-go, or take out experience is preferred.
