We got the chili fries, the three bambino‘s and some onion rings. Everything was hot and fresh and we got it. The service was great and we didn’t have to wait very long. It’s a little pricey and the portions are average. They do have a pretty big menu and the green chili that’s on the chili fries is absolutely delicious. It was a little surprising ordering chili fries. I come from a different state and when you order chili fries, you get actual chili not green chili 10 out of 10 recommend checking out this location. We went through the drive-through so I don’t know about the indoor seating or bathrooms. We also got a deep fried ice cream. They have that pretty mastered. It was really good.

Celine (I hope I have the name correct) was training on a new ordering system and communicated this to us, asking for a little patience. Letting customers know and asking for a little help is a very smart way to handle it, we appreciated the communication. It only took maybe a few seconds longer than normal but during that time my toddler began to run behind the counter and into the kitchen, everyone was patient and kind and they even offered the little rascal something to drink. During the interaction I learned that good times has an app now and reward points, Celine took the time to show me how to use it and even upload my receipt from today. The food was (as always) excellent! The restaurant is always clean, and I always feel good about bringing my family to eat there. The Parker, Co goodtimes team excel at all they do, and we have noticed!

The food tastes different now. The past 3 times we have been here, the burgers, onion rings, and poppers tasted like different oil or bad oil and the burger tasted different and not in a good way. Disappointed for sure. Used to be one of our faves and not so much now.

Went to get dinner tonight and I have to say that was the worst burger ever. I ordered the deluxe and it was so freaking greasy that I’m sure it was made awhile before because the cardboard container was sopping with grease. The lettuce that was on it was soggy too. Sad as that’s never happened before. Won’t be back

I’m literally crying at how bad this food is The Mac n cheese has no cheese. It’s so dry and bland. The chicken tenders are soooo tiny! A tiny cup of dry Mac and cheese and 4 tiny chicken tenders was $12!! $12 just to throw away the Mac n cheese and have a few bites of chicken.

Guy was dismissive and rude to me from the moment we walked in. I came in (I’m a mom) with my two kids to get some ice cream. My kids had the free cone or cup from the kids meals so that was great. I was planning to get a spoon bender myself but he was so rude and dismissive I decided not to order. He didn’t greet us, acted like we were an inconvenience from the beginning, rushed through our order, was hard to understand, never asked if I wanted anything, interrupted me to say “wait one moment” when I started ordering. Shorter guy and older. Then we’re sitting at the table eating when two guys come in and I knew he’d treat them better. Sure enough he did. They didn’t have to wait, he greeted them, was respectful, didn’t rush them, asked them what they wanted. Very sexist behavior, Good Times. Made me not want to come back.

Not the way we were hoping to end our last day before dieting. The interactions with the 2 employees at the drive up window went great! Got home looking forward to a good Guacamole bacon burger and a Jalapeno Cream Cheeseburger. Turned out the Cheese Bambinos for our 2yo was the way to go. The Guacamole burger was tasteless and not fresh looking. Looked like it had been sitting out for a couple hours. Bacon tasted and looked like it was left over from a couple days ago. For the Jalapeno Cream Cheeseburger, they sold me on the name and photo haha. Not alot of flavor, looked really unappetizing. Fried jalapenos looked as if they were days old. Ok I did forget we also ordered a couple of shakes! Good times has never done me wrong there! Best part of the meal!

Took it back advised accordingly; we’ll fix it.
Left with new order, again 5 minutes or less to my home, cold burger.

We go here a lot when we drive through Parker on our way back to Colorado Springs. Service and food is very hit and miss. It pretty much depends on if the owner is there or not. We stopped by on our way back from DIA yesterday and only the drive thru was open because of Covid 19 and the line was long. When we got to the intercom to order we were surprised on how rude the guy taking our order was. We had never had this happen. We finally get to the window and got our order and I asked if everything was in the bag and I got a sarcastic yes. We proceeded to leave and discovered that we didn’t get an order of fries so I pulled back in the parking and tried to go inside. That’s when I discovered the dining area was closed. Not wanting to sit through the drive thru again, I walked around the the drive thru window and explained that I was short some fries. The guy at the window told me to hold on and I had to stand in the drive thru as cars were getting there orders. No one offered to bring them out the front door. Once they finally gave me the fries he didn’t even apologize for the mix up. The small bag of fries was half filled. As if this all wasn’t bad enough we are headed south on 83 and start eating our food to discover that it was nothing like they advertised. Everything seemed to be halfway put together. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location.
