Walk -up or drive through fast food place. The breakfast menu is small, but the bacon, egg & cheese sandwich was very good although it could have used a little salt and pepper. The bacon and two eggs were cooked after I ordered the sandwich. The potatoes aren’t my favorite style of breakfast potato, but they were properly cooked and seasoned well. The portion size was generous. The coffee is very good.
Service was prompt and polite. There are tables with umbrellas outside which would have been nice in warmer weather.
There’s plenty of parking by the restaurant.

I have no complaints. However, I do have a suggestion regarding signage. Please make another sign for ordering, pick up, and online orders on the side facing Mississippi. I helped three people find the window while the dogs and I were eating. The customer service was awesome. The food was hot and so good as usual. I ordered two paw benders, one cherry valentine waffle cone, and a western slope double burger. Until next time.

But today was a different experience. I was helped by a younger Hispanic guy, and he did a great job. Excellent customer service, well-presented, and he got the entire order right. The food was great as always, fresh burgers and excellent onion rings. Cheat day was worth it

Food was good but the drive tru cashier was grouchy and the only this she said was show me something (in Spanish) I assumed she wanted to see my confirmation email as I had placed an in app order. I showed her and she just handed me the bag with an angry face the whole time. No thank you, no have a good day or anything else just an angry stare. I did not leave with a good experience but I guess people aren’t happy to be working on new year’s morning.

I went through the drive through which was super fast, the bambino’s and fries were perfect, but the most amazing part was the chocolate cookie dough spoonbender the guy working the window made me. I wish I could remember his name on his tag, but all I know is that man made the single BEST ice cream item I’ve ever had from Good Times and I’ve eaten there my entire life. The ratio of all the ingredients was immaculate. Can’t recommend this location enough!!

Wanted to shout out Jovon at this location. He was so patient with me because I had never redeemed points here and I was confused on how I did it so he walked me through it and when I came back through the drive through with the second order he helped me again and fixed it where I redeemed my order with my other points. After all that I parked and he brought my order to me. The food was all fresh and service was above and beyond. Give him a raise because he handled my confusion so well. Thanks to him and the team there as well. I’ve been here a few times and never any issues but wanted to shout him out today.

I like to shout-out antiwan and this crew specifically for being the best good times ever, they are always clean, food is hot and fresh then any other one I’ve been too and to top it off, being a server at a steakhouse, antiwan at the window, was very personal, made sure he got my modified order correctly and made sure everything was good. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any business. They completely messed up my order, and when I tried to get help, the customer service was unbelievably rude — like they couldn’t care less. To make things worse, they lied straight to my face about fixing the problem and then refused to do anything about it! I left feeling disrespected, frustrated, and completely shocked at how unprofessional they were. It’s honestly ridiculous how poorly this place treats its customers. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else, this place should be called bad times — you’ll thank me later.

A friend of mine and myself ordered from here and they scammed us. He ordered a double large combo he got a single small and they told us we needed to bring the food back to make it better and then changed to story to they can’t do it without a store manager which when I asked for they said they are not there and they got a customer. This place will staple your bag shut so you can’t see and then go out of there way to not give you what you paid for. I will never be coming here again this establishment should have been named bad times.
