We loved our first experience at Good Omen! The atmosphere was warm and elegant. The food was all prepared deliciously and the service was outstanding. Dajia had a lot of knowledge about all the dishes and which wine would pair nicely. She showed us wonderful selections. We will definitely return!

Phenomenal pasta! I feel like that’s where they really shine. We ordered the focaccia & olives, the panzanella salad, and 3 pastas — it was more than enough for 3 people. The focaccia & olives I could’ve gone without (I’m not a big seed-in-my-olives person). The mozzarella on the salad was good. The pasta though… 10/10. So yummy. We got the mafaldine special, the duck bolognese, and squid ink lumanche. Definitely recommend sharing so you can try a bit of everything!

Overall pretty good. Service was fantastic, just the right amount of attention with a very thorough knowledge of the menu and the wine list. Great wine, cocktail and drink list with something for everyone at differing price points. Menu was interesting as well. We were urged to try the fried olives which we found bland, and the pan roasted halibut, which was unfortunately disappointing. $70 for roughly a 3 ounce portion of way overcooked halibut seemed a bit much. The duck bolognese was fantastic, as was the vitello tonnato, and the shrimp risotto on the specials menu was good. Desert was average. Overall great experience with a couple unfortunate misses.

Booked the Valentine’s Day dinner and was not at all disappointed. This was some of the best food I’ve had in the greater Indianapolis area. Each course was delightful and brought interesting new flavors. The portions and pricing were on par for what I’d expect of a restaurant with the quality of food that was served.

Excellent wine selection and extremely helpful staff.

Why are there no mom and pop Italian restaurants in Indy with checkered table cloths and good reasonably priced pasta. Everything is fancy smancy Italian with high prices to match. Just give me some rigatoni and meatballs and charge me less than $20 a plate already.

My partner and I have celebrated 3 anniversaries at Good Omen so far, and every single one of them was phenomenal. Besides everything on the menu being extraordinary & delicious, the staff is what made the experience most memorable. They are kind, caring, and remembered us both upon walking in.
We will always come back here.
Cheers.

Good omen is a gem hidden in Boone Village. The meals are served family style with portions the size of a generous single meal. We had a table of four ordering all courses, including dessert. This is a special place, and I suggest you get in before everyone finds out. You will not be disappointed with the experience.

This is a dining experience with a very European feel. Great wine list and amazing food. We ordered many different things and everything was delicious. Our server, Deja, was incredible. They competently described what we would get and how many servings it would be if shared. The flavor palette we experienced was so fun, hard to describe but lovely.
Recommend reservations. We went early and it was quiet but was busy by the time we left.

Good Omen is a great addition to the community! All dishes are meant to share. We enjoyed the kale salad, toasted bread with butter and honey and three entrees. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The wine recommended was perfect. Service was impeccable. The decor is classy and inviting. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes.
