A couple of my friends and I decided to check out the Gondolier for lunch today and it was amazing! When we went inside we were immediately greeted by polite faces and seated in a comfortable spacious area. Our waitress was very polite and informative. We were surprised to see the reasonable prices, followed by the amazing bread, and finally… 🙂 our plates!
Everything looked delicious and fresh. I had the honor of trying the chicken alfredo and it was SOOO GOOD. Everyone took their first bites together around the table and we were speechlessly blown away. We did not know what to expect before entering but it was wonderful. We plan to go back and hope that you enjoy it just as much as we have!

I ordered the Gyro. I was expecting it to be like the one in London, KY it was not. It was good, but not great like the other restaurants. Big issue was, the sandwich did not have any cheese on it at all. Service was great, waiter was super polite.

I was ripped off by Gondalier and will NEVER eat there again. I went in to have dinner and ordered chicken parmesan. I asked to substitute the sauce for another sauce, and the waiter said okay. He asked me if I wanted the substitute on the chicken, pasta, or both. I told him both. I enjoyed my meal, and when he brought me the bill it was almost $17 dollars for a dish that normally costs $10. I asked him what the purpose of this was, and he told me that he had to upcharge me twice because I wanted substitute sauce on both chicken and pasta. The menu never mentioned an up charge for a substitute and the waiter never asked if the up charge would be okay. This is the first time a waiter has not asked me if I was okay with an up charge, and I had no way of knowing. Also, my meal was supposed to come with a salad but I never received the salad. I am a college student and I can not afford to be paying $20 for one meal. I am on a tight budget. Gondalier screwed me over and I am extremely disappointed in the way this was handled. I mentioned it to the cashier and he told me “well that’s the way it is.” I mentioned that I had no forewarning and he didn’t really respond to my comment. They have lost a faithful customer.

Nice people but the bread stick sauce taste like Campbell’s tomato soup with some Italian seasoning. Pizza sauce wasn’t much better.

I love their chicken picata! When you order it there is enough for 2! The service is good and fast and it’s a very clean restaurant.
