We got there I think on a Friday night probably about 830 pm.
A lot of the things on the buffet that had meat we’re getting pretty thin. I was thinking those things would be replaced but that wasn’t happening quickly probably since it was getting close to end of closing time .
I did like their green beans, the broccoli was mushy though. I got the feeling of the things that been on the buffet for quite some time. I like that they had some fried potatoes on there. And their desserts are better than those places. They have a little more sugar in them so they taste better . Quite a bit better.
I think we will give them one more try when we are in the area at an earlier time when the food is put out fresh .
We did not like their mushrooms. There’s stuffed mushrooms had a very off flavor .

We’re coming at Sunday for Lunch. It’s full house but we’re only waiting about 15-20 minutes because we’re 6 adults and 2 kids. The price is $12.49 for adults and $6.25 for kids 2yo & up.
for me the price is affordable for all the kind of foods you can choose.
The foods was okay, but i don’t like the boiled shrimp is tasteless. the crawfish is too fishy for me. But they are have ice cream machine, the ice cream is good not too sweet. Thank you

On a day trip in the area. The price was fantastic $24.23 two buffets with water to drink. Typical buffet but fried scallops, very tasty. The food was hot, staff friendly and place is clean and bright.

Food is the average you get at most Chinese buffets. Fairly clean place. Service was good but they will not give you a cup to carry your $2.50 tea with you unless you pay another $1, thought that was crappy. Only had one glass and drank 1/3 of it, most dissatisfied part of lunch visit. But I’m usually in town only a couple days a week so probably won’t visit again anyways.

I have been going here for years and it’s the best Chinese buffet. I took my boyfriend here for dinner once and he also loved it! Though I am disappointed that they took the sushi bar away. This will definitely be our favorite buffet to go to.

Golden Wok is the best local Chinese buffet in Van Buren. We love their hot tasty dishes that are constantly being refilled. They have a variety of dishes, an impressive amount of seafood, steamed buns, a large rice cooker full of plain white rice (this is awesome for picky eaters and ensures your serving is never not fresh), and a variety of traditional American Chinese dishes that are sure to please everyone. Another call out is the ice cream machine and also the turtle pond at the front of the restaurant. My kiddos love going and so do the adults we bring.

It’s outdated but clean and the food was hit or miss. Some items were good like the hot pepper chicken and the fried shrimp. Not a big selection but it was decent.

Ordered their 6 person family meal, online for pickup, and it was really easy to do. Went with the menu provided and all 6 dishes were quickly prepared and everything included was hot and delicious. Plenty of food for more than 6. It was packed in excellent containers and all in boxes so easy to carry. We’ll go in next time.

Well I guess I got here late or they aren’t used to a dinner crowd. The buffet was pretty picked over and it appeared they weren’t going to restock what they had out. The peel and eat shrimp was slightly over cooked and that was about the best they had out. This must be a better lunch restaurant than an evening one for sure
