The food was pretty good . It had great flavor and I’m so glad they had cheese puffs there . Would definitely recommend to give them a try . They have been around for years , so that should tell you the flavors are good for them to stick around this long . Also , they have really good specials before 3pm ! Would definitely suggest trying the out during those times since the price is very affordable .

I got a combo meal ($3 extra for small soup and egg roll… not a bad deal) I wish they had brought me my egg roll before my meal though as my meal started to cool off as I had to carefully eat my egg roll (very hot, right out of the grease… a good thing) if they had to bring the entree out at the same time they could have at least covered it with a lid or hot inverted plate. The food did not taste that fresh. It wasn’t terrible, I’ve had better. I ordered the moo shu pork. The pancakes were so thin they broke apart as I ate the wrap. The plum sauce had no taste and seemed to be watered down or thinned out (the store bought sauce has more flavor than this). Also, the Chinese mustard condiment on the table seemed unusually thick and grainy or just a weird consistency. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Food was delicious I recommend the honey chicken!!! To die for!!! Service was great and food was super fresh, not over breaded, piece of big fresh chicken. Ate at establishment, even owner came by and asked us how everything was and made us feel at home. Definitely recommend!

Wanted to try a new Chinese take out as my go to doesn’t deliver to my neighborhood and I wasn’t in the mood to drive far. Boy was that the wrong decision!!!!
We got sweet & sour chicken, sesame chicken, egg rolls, & veggie lo mein.
This was the worst most nasty sweet and sour chicken I’ve ever had. It tasted like it was freezer burned. Seems as if they bought it frozen already fried and then just warmed it in a microwave. The breading was soft and gross, the chicken was chewy and disgusting. The flavor was awful.
The sesame chicken had good sauce but also tasted freezer burned. Did not taste fresh at all. Maybe even days old?
Egg rolls were mid. Nothing special but not horrid.
The veggie lo mein was okay but lacked flavor and the veggies were very mushy. It also seemed like it was not fresh, although probably the most fresh of them all.
All of this was just over $50 and we are throwing over half of it away because it tasted so horrible.
I’m incredibly disappointed. I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but since the place had pretty high ratings and then the quality was this bad, I’d like to steer others away from spending their money here. Waste of money & ruined our Saturday night stay at home date night.

This is my favorite Chinese Restaurant! Ive come here multiple times over the last few years and the food is always exceptional! Its definitely one of my top comfort food places. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of food is wonderful. The portions are big and I always have leftovers for later that I always finish (never just sits in the fridge)! The service inside is great and it has a very comfy atmosphere! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone ✨

Wonderful and succulent lunch today at the Golden Wok.
I started with an Egg Drop soup, requested and received some Wonton broth added in.
Next I feasted on the General Tso’s lunch special which included fried rice and an Egg Roll all of which were washed down with Lemon Water.
I also ordered to go Cheese Rolls and Egg Rolls for my partner for her to feast on once she finishes getting her nails done across the way from here.
All in all a great meal in a relaxed environment.

Golden Wok has some great food and great prices. They have all your classic favorites that come out hot and fresh.
The sesame chicken had a great flavor and plenty of sauce. It wasn’t spicy but the chili oil spiced it up quick. The eggroll was pretty standard, but was good sized, tasty and had a nice crunch. The wonton soup was what you expect with a good sized wonton with a simple and tasty clean broth. I had no complaints at all.
The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

Ordered Sweet and Sour Shrimp, lunch special. As you can see the rice and shrimp are almost a white color. Very disappointed no flavor and shrimp not cooked fully. The only thing that was good was the egg rolls that I paid extra for. I didn’t feel well after eating from here.

Tried this place for the first time and ordered the Moo Goo Gai Pan for pickup, and it was downright terrible. The chicken looked and tasted like it had been boiled and had a bizarre, off-putting flavor that made the whole dish inedible. I managed two bites before tossing it straight into the trash. Honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever encountered. I would never come back here under any circumstances.
