This place is awesome! Excellent coffee and a fantastic atmosphere. My wife got a latte with pistachio milk, a double shot of espresso, and a touch of honey. I got a Spanish Latte and both were excellent. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable about their . Very relaxed the vibe in here… We go on coffee dates almost every weekend and go to a new place every time somewhere in So Cal. This is our favourite so far… People can come here and set up shop and pretty much use it as their office… Very large place but does not lack any of the quaint feel… highly recommend checking this place out.

Beautiful spacious coffee house that roast their own beans. Got a Gibraltar and the drink was well pulled. Not bitterness or sourness. Milk always steamed at the proper temp and held its sweetness. Drink was smooth and delicious. Definitely a legitimate coffee house that pulls great espresso

Was pleasantly surprised walking into the shop; number one: it’s huge, very clean, with a relaxed atmosphere. Baristas weren’t overly friendly, but not rude, by any means.
The food is priced a little high for the small amount you get, but understandable when you go to OC coffee shops, and it tasted good. Coffee was incredible, best I’ve had in a long time. We got the light roast drip, and a vanilla cappuccino.
Overall, great experience.

How. How have I only just discovered Golden State Coffee? Located in Old Town Placentia it has alllll the cool vibes with brick and wood and arches and soooo much space inside and out!
They have been roasting coffee for more than 10 years so they know their stuff. My matcha was yum and they have an exceptional menu with vegan and gf options. The aesthetic is a 10/10, street parking is easy unless it’s a busy time. The service is friendly and helpful. Plenty of merch and just an overall great experience. Good to study and work. But also great for catchups with friends. It’s movie to the top of my favorite list!

Love the ambience of casual/Lounge feel; a great place to unite with friends to chill and have intimate conversations. This place brings a feel of peace, safe and comfy environment to have a good convo with anyone.
I opted for a Matcha green tea latte with almond milk yummy! and I ordered the Garden provolone breakfast sandwich . It was very good. It came with micro greens and pesto
Customer service was excellent I highly, highly, highly recommend this place over Starbucks, Coffee Bean or Ape Coffee
