Hello My Foodies! So I was in a new town treasure hunting or antiquing? And ofcourse it’s not a day without some grub. We found this nearby diner and had a seat. It was super quiet for a Sunday afternoon. The service was ok, the food was edible but nothing to write home to mom about! Just a regular diner. A little pricey for what we ordered, but when you’re hungry, it will have to do. I will keep looking for that great American Diner so I can report back to you!

Wow, so many options on the huge menu! Went with the Polish Delight breakfast – kielbasa scramble eggs with potato pancakes – delicious. Great atmosphere and service! This was our first time here and we can’t wait to go back again.

Just came across Golden Star on way back from Pennsylvania. This was a great find. The menu has so much on it that it will take a while to decide what you want. The portions are massive. A very good place.

I ordered the Big Breakfast which came with 2 pancakes, 3 strips of bacon, 1 sausage, and 2 eggs. The pancakes were fluffy and eggy with a soft chewy texture, sausage nicely browned,not too salty,but could have had more flavor. Pancake syrup is the standard sweet stuff, high fructose corn syrup based and not maple syrup, but was at least served in a clean (not sticky!) squeeze bottle. The bacon was nice and crunchy,not too dark, salty, or greasy. I ordered the eggs over medium, and they were cooked fresh to order and not rubbery or over fried.Service was prompt and the server friendly and attentive. The price is reasonable for the amount of food you get,which is a sizeable portion. The interior is updated, clean, and contemporary. The furnishings and fixtures look and feel fairly new.Interestingly, you can pay your check on your phone using a QR code on the receipt, so there’s no waiting in line to check out when you’re ready to go, but you go pay at the register too.

We were just driving through on a road trip and I was really impressed. I’ve come to have low expectations of diners, but the food, service and family who run it were really wonderful. Plus they have a koi pond out front we discovered that our little one loved to play with. Really great all around. We were pleased.

No complaints about this place! Good service, tasty food.. Had my first pork roll here, was interesting. Had some background music on so it wasn’t “eerily quiet” as mentioned in 1 of the other reviews, though a quiet restaurant isn’t really something I’d have an issue with Anyways, if you’re passing by here on a road trip and hungry it is more than acceptable diner food!

Buffalo chicken omelet was great. Remember to add peppers and tomatoes and request to add buffalo sauce inside the omelet too. Service was great and the coffee was strong.

We had a great early dinner here! Our server was very kind and he checked on us often! We appreciated our toddler’s meal coming out super quick; He is a tough food critic and loved his mac & cheese! All of our meals from the healthy skillet to sandwiches to chicken were all delicious.
