Hurts me to even write this review as my family and I have been patronizing this particular location for more than 25 years. New Year’s Eve I was sold old chicken on my Big Skillet sandwich (also over done onion rings but they were palatable but the chicken was leather). Called to advise of the issue and whoever answered was very short and nonchalant about coming back to get another sandwich (keep in mind I live across town from their location). Needless to say I will give them a very long break before returning.

The inside was old and outdated. I went there expecting to get the same kind of chicken that i remembered from when I was a kid. The chicken was cold and dry. It came with rolls, but I was not expecting them to give me the 4 rolls that was left in a King’s Hawaiian package. They just threw the bag in with the chicken! They could have at least taken it out of the bag and acted like it was their dinner rolls. Presentation it everything! I would not recommend going here.

Never had a bad experience since I been coming in this place . I experience the worst customer service ever the lady didn’t close my food up just through it the bag. The gravy on the mashed potatoes was watery. Customer service is important without that you can’t have a successful business.

My family and I have been going to this establishment for over twenty years. They always greet us with a smile and are starting to remember our order, which is how the prior owners were. I love the fact that she smiles every time we walk in and she does it for everyone. I recommend this place we’ve never gotten bad service or food.

I always talk about this place cause to this day it was the BEST chicken I’ve ever had besides my mom’s My daddy loved y’all!
