The Crystal Salloon is a total package. Chef Ivan overhead us debating on dinner plans and invited us over. We couldn’t have made a better decision. The food and cocktails were incredible and we got to watch the local jazz ensemble play and prepare for jazz fest. It was a perfect vibe and exceptional food and drink. Thanks Ivan and Madison for the warm welcome and a great experience!

Excellent pizza. The sauce was fantastic. 8.9 overall on the pizza scale. Great place for vegans, vegetarians, meat lovers, and gluten free people. Truly a must stop if you are coming for a tour or off the cruise. Let’s not mention a live band, loads of drink options, and a friendly staff.

Karaoke night. The locals were on point singing and it was such a fun environment. Only got a beer to chill and listen to music. There is also an arcade bar connected. So cool. Pinball games, darts, pool tables, old school arcade games and good beer selection.

Pub style ordering, an amazing wood fired sweet and spicy pizza option, and drinks that are reasonably priced? Hell yeah. I got the root beer on tap for the same price per glass as back home.

Walked into a nearly empty bar, ordered an Alaskan Amber, and overheard the bartender tell a dude he couldn’t vape inside. I left with no complaints. Plus, the moose behind the bar is a great decor choice.

Went for pizza which was mainly just sauce and way too much of it. Dough/crust was cooked well and had good flavor but very hard to taste even after taking off the sauce. 1 worker at the bar to service the bar and tables so service was mainly self service.
Update for the owners response: I appreciate the time you took to respond to explain to me what a margarita pizza is and that I likely just didn’t know what I wanted when I ordered it but if you take a look at my previous reviews you can see I have enjoyed so many margarita pizzas from all over the world, including in Florence Italy, that I am very well aware of what a good margarita pizza should be like and one with way too much, over powering sauce. Also for what it is worth, I am Italian.

We stopped here for a couple drinks and ended up playing darts and pinball, which were free since it was Sunday! The atmosphere was chill and it wasn’t too busy. They had a good variety of beer and cider.

This may be a saloon, and their drinks are certainly tasty, but do NOT sleep on their food menu. I have had all but one of their pizzas and they are phenomenal. The prosciutto in paradise pizza is my favorite, but you can’t go wrong with any of them. Try the wings, and I would recommend the ceviche, but then there might not be any left for me!
Downstairs will often have live music, and definitely check that out because the local talent is great. They have more cocktail options on the lower level, so be sure to get something yummy. Upstairs is the Bearcade, and such a fun vibe. You can still get most drinks up here, and be sure to ask about the jello shots!

We arrived from the ship (4 persons) because someone recommended the place. All of us over 30 yrs old. The arcade machines where very fun and 15 mins passed by, we where thinking to play some more and then ask for some drinks and enjoy the place. However, this guy suddenly started yelling at me about my ID, We only have our ship IDs during our contract and we are clearly over 21. Why this rude attitude? We left, you lost 4 customers. We go to Juneau every week. I suggest you to be more kind with people coming from the ship, that look clearly over 25 years old, they can consume drinks and food and you are loosing customers with that horrible attitude.
