Yesterday the 19Dec 2025 I went to spur to pamper my daughter as it was her birthday, but the treatment we got there sucks, first of all no one welcomed us to show us the table to sit. A white lady come after us they got her from the door… and I thought it’s ok Myb they did not notice when we entered but we sat there for more than 10 minutes until we decided to go dine somewhere else… I would say we received a terrible service but no we got no service at all

Nothing wrong with the outlet, as long as you don’t order online for collection. App says collect after 20min. I
went earlier, food was ready and already cold. No salt added for chips. No eating utensils added, even the plastic ones would have worked. Bit of a bad experience.

The food wasn’t great. The cheddamelt had a big piece of fat, hidden underneath a lot of sauce. The chips tasted like they were fried in old oil. Service was great however and the food arrived fast. The prices are insane and I only ate there because work paid the bill. The mall renovations makes finding the place and parking more difficult.
