I order here often, tonight I ordered broccoli and cheese balls and realized they had bacon in them!! My husband does not eat pork!! We have always ordered these in the past and never had this issue. We called and spoke to a woman who was the owners wife, she insisted there was no pork in them and never apologized or offered any compensation for the mistake. She was very inconsiderate and rude, and we are very disappointed!!

My hubby and I went here quite a bit while I visited from Canada to him during covid. We ordered from here so much it was always so delicious and people were kind to us. It’s been a couple years and we still speak about them. Absolutely delicious pizza and if I were to fly back for a pizza place it would be here. <3 Thanks for touching our hearts Golden Pizza.

The owner is the rudest most disrespectful person I’ve ever met. I went in as a doordasher. He for some reason was so upset that I had come in moments after I accepted the order, because I just happened to be right around the corner. I was waiting at the counter just on my phone, and he turns again and start up with it going to be 10 minutes. I just said in a polite way “thats fine im in no rush at all”. He then turns to me again in a very aggressive manner and says again ” its going to be 10 minutes what aren’t you getting?! Are you not understanding! Sit down” at this point I was very upset with him speaking to me this way because all I said when I walked in was hello im here for this person. So I end up saying what is your problem? He then turns to me at yells ” Im the owner! Get out!” I told him no, im not leaving without the order. The other gentleman with him gave me the order and apologized for his behavior. Now I get there is always two sides of a story, but never once was I rude to this man until he started disrespecting me. All because I showed up to pick up the order moments after I received it. That’s normal for any dasher. Needless to say the owner is a huge jerk. I hope nobody ever gets talked to like the way he spoke to me.

My wife and I had a horrible visit, we called in a simple order of a large Turley & Bacon sub with LT and cheese toasted with extra Mayo. When we got home, the sandwich did not have Bacon, cheese or any Mayo at all, it was dry. NOT ANYTHING LIKE THE SANDWICH THAT WE ORDERED. when I walked in, he asked me what I had ordered and I said the exact sandwich that I had ordered, the 2 girls behind him at the oven had a very strange look on their faces, I think they realized that they didn’t make the correct sandwich but did not say a word, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The guy at the front counter then asked me if I would leave some money for the kitchen staff, which I did, I left them a 25% tip. When I called them back and informed them that I did not get the food that I ordered, he didn’t offer a thing except saying that the kitchen must have mixed up the order. My wife and I hang around at a club down the street and routinely order many subs and pizzas on Sunday afternoons, especially during sports events. I removed the Golden Name and number from the wall and put up a note about the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVEICE that we encountered. From his attitude on the phone, I don’t think he really cares!

Poorly ran. Terrible customer service, slow service and an owner who was disrespectful to me over the phone in front of my daughter telling me to stop talking and the customer isn’t always right. I Called at 7:08 got there early maybe 15 mins later knew there’d be a wait, but we were on our way home. Pizza was done, steak and cheese being made. They had us prepay $80 (apparently anything over 50) couldn’t find the potato skins, asked to be refunded not to worry the woman refused. Now it’s 755 fries and wings had been cooked and ready to go all while my pizza and sub sat, then she tells us they couldn’t find broccoli bites, now all my foods sitting and she sent out another worker to grab sour cream from a store cause she was out. 2 woman really trying to hold it down but just not experienced I was very understanding at first as I know they were overwhelmed. The poor woman got the manager on the phone to help and he was rude to both her and I and told me he’s watching me on the cameras. I simply asked to be refunded for the food they didn’t have. Checked the other food and it was all ice cold! Told him and he said oh well. Left without my food or money. Will never return. We used to frequent here before new ownership. Terrible Terrible way to run a business.
