I called in to try and place a pick up order. A woman told me to hold on, so I did. I was on hold for a few minutes, finally she picked back up and said we are doing shift change call back in five minutes and hung up on me. That was very rude and disrespectful, never said please or sorry just was straight up disrespectful and hung up and never took my order after she made me wait. You made me wait you could of took my order and then did your shift change, that would of been good customer service and commen sense. Who ever that lady was should be fired.

My Dad has been getting Golden pizza for years, but it’s looking like this establishment is coming to its end. I don’t know if they have to change the person on the phone or the service. The way they talk to customers on the phone is blantly rude. I ordered a pick up from them and the delivery driver called 20 minutes later with a completely wrong order at my house?!?!, so he said i should call the store. I called the store they wouldn’t even let me talk and tell them the problem. All they were saying were the delivery driver is coming, but I ordered for pickup because I was going somewhere after and I wasn’t home. Which i told the women on the phone. One she didn’t even let me talk , all she said was “let me give you to the manager” he didn’t let me talk either. all he said was the delivery driver is coming. A service I DID NOT WANT. They give the phone back to the women and i said “can i just please cancel my order. then she says “sure can” then hangs up the phone on me in a rude manner. To work at establishment and be mad because there’s a wrong on your end is crazy. Mind you i ordered a small calzone and a small chicken sub. the order that delivery driver read to me was a large calzone with olives?!?! A COMPLETELY different order. I’ve been trying to give the establishment the benefit of the doubt but this really is my last, and the reviews can attest to it. Do better!

I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza- the pizza was awful to much sauce cheese was barely melted and dough was not fully cooked! I also ordered a chicken Cesar salad and that was ok! Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again. Respectfully!!!

Ordered earlier,(it was extremely busy) despite that the woman who took my order was patient and got my order perfect even with My kids yelling in background. drivers though didn’t come to my door I had to go out the building… It was early evening, But anyways ordered a Chicken bacon ranch pizza it was good my kids liked it very flavorful and great size for price.. Ordered a tuna sub good quality veggies were all super fresh. Went to open the broccoli cheese balls and they’re burnt. I ordered at a time they were extremely busy but it’s kinda gross. I’m pregnant and all I can’t smell is the char from it kinda a loss on those.

Food is always delicious, tastes freshly made, nicely seasoned, & they serve us with a smile & a thank you; althought there’s not much room to wait or to stand & no place to eat in, but they charge you right & always thank you for choosing them.

IT’S a very busy spot, so maybe order on the phone if you know what you want ahead of getting there, that way you are in & out in less that 5 minutes, like I did.
I so reccomend the Chicken Ceasar Salads, plentiful & served nice & hot. Yummmmm!!! Thanks GOLDEN PIZZA!!! Prices are a little too steep, but service & food is great.

They had changed their jalapeño poppers and didn’t say anything when I ordered them. When I called the lady said they couldn’t do anything about it because I asked for them. Well hint of advice if you change something in your menu you should let the customer be aware!!!!!

I ordered a Chicken BBQ pizza and the were closing so they just gave me an old cheese pizza and just add the chicken and the BBQ sauce and not even put it in the over because it was freezing cold. It is disgusting!
