So, I usually give local businesses benefit of the doubt; and I always want to look at the grey side of things because I know everything isn’t black and grey, but it starts with exterior I notice this place has been open for over 20 years, let me tell you my experience
First and foremost the lady is absolutely sweet as pie: but that’s the ONLY positive thing I can write.
The floors are sticky, the place is Smokey. They left the “curtain” open from behind the counter and it looked so dirty and all I seen was a man coming from the outside squirting ketchup in a dirty pan.
The bathroom IS absolutely DISGUSTING, we’re in October and it looks like the Christmas bells haven’t been touched in 10 years. Yes I said that right.
Look outside the bathroom and you’re greeted with TRASH.
The board of health needs to be aware of this

We love this restaurant’s food. It is very delicious! And the portions are huge. Their food is very flavorful and you get so much for a cheap price! The owners are very very nice! I highly recommend them. I know there are alot of choices out there, but they won me over! Also the owner usually gives little extras like eggrolls, and they are not stingy with the duck sauce like some places. I got both those bags for around $42, what a bargain! And my husband is so happy. A stroke survivor with diabetes type 2, and Golden Palace offers healthy options as well. I just love them!

Great hidden gem for chinese take out in cumberland, Rhode Island. Very nice family owned restaurant where you can be sure the food is always delicious and they give huge portions! I love the crab rangoon that is stuffed with nice thick and creamy ~ cream cheese and pieces of crab meat. The dumplings and their fried rice are also favorites of mine. This is now the only place i will buy chinese food! I dont mind driving 10-15 mins to go get it because it is so good and definitely a great value! The woman owner is such a pleasure to see and talk to and she always aims to please! She always gives extras too! Lastly I love the fact that they give extra home made duck sauce with out charging you. I do love love this place! ❤️⭐️

This is my first time trying this restaurant. It’s clear it’s a family-owned small business. Please be patient with them. They are trying their best. Their food was delicious. And they even ran out of shrimp fried rice because they were so busy but substituted and even gave me more food. They take a long time for the food to be ready, but I imagine it’s a very small staff managing hundreds of orders. Please be patient with them. They are so kind. I really enjoyed the service and food. The egg rolls were so good! That’s the mark of a good Chinese takeout. Everything fresh

This is honestly best Chinese food you would ever get! The atmosphere is very welcoming. The food is very well seasoned. The rice is very well done. The chickens too are very phenomenal. Honestly I highly suggest coming over here!

I’m not gonna lie, the food wasn’t perfect. But the price for the amount of food you get means I will be coming back. Feels like every other restaurant is trying to scam you with their prices or portions.
Here, I got fried rice, boneless spareribs, beef teriyaki and chicken fingers. It was honestly all great except the boneless spareribs, which tasted a little off. However, over all, still enjoyable.
I’d honestly give it 4.5 stars if I could. But I think it deserves 5 more than 4.

Update: Owner called to check on me and offered a refund (which I said was not needed). Due to their care I’m going to add another ⭐️
I got extremely ill after eating here and when I went to pick up the food, the place was a total mess. Nothing about the experience felt sanitary. The woman at the front seemed so nice and perhaps they are going through tough times but after getting so sick, I can’t say much else.
