This is olde school dim sum which is reminiscent of what we eat decades ago, the space looks like a time warp and feels a little dated, the staff, uniforms and decor are from another era.
The good to dishes lack flavor and need more salt and sauces.
Portions are generous, but need a little more care and attention.

before they changed the roast chef, the portion size and quality were good. the meat was properly prepared
after the chef was changed, the quality clearly dropped. the roast chicken and duck were not cleaned properly and there were still feathers left on them. the portion size is also smaller

here is the before and now reference

Great food and most excellent service. We do not speak Chinese but this does not affect the level of service we get. Very friendly wait staff and management. Food is fresh, well made, and delicious. We love to eat here!

Coming from an avid dim sum goer I am obsessed with this place. They always have the best dim sum so fresh. I love that they roll around the carts not many places do this anymore. We’re here for every event and occasion in our family. i’ve included pictures from the last couple of months.

This is an authentic Cantonese resturant. It very much reminded me of being in Hong Kong. The food and decor are very similar to resturants that I have seen in HK. The food is not spicy so dont look for Scezhuan style preparations. I recommend the fried pork and the chicken.

We were excited to try this spot as our first dim sum experience, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations.

From the moment we walked in, a patron stepped outside to blow their nose without a tissue, which honestly set an uncomfortable tone right away. The service throughout the meal felt lackluster, and while some dishes were good, others were bland, so the food experience was pretty mixed overall.

We still tried to enjoy ourselves and make the best of it, but the ending really left a bad impression. After paying our bill, we stepped outside to catch our Uber and the hostess ran after us asking about a tip. I had already added a small tip, but was then told “15%,” which felt awkward and pressured, especially since we were literally outside trying to leave. I ended up adjusting the tip and signing again while standing outside.

We understand tipping is appreciated, but it should feel discretionary, not demanded. Sadly, this turned what could have been a decent first dim sum outing into a disappointing overall experience.

Our No. 1 dim sum in NYC! We could come all the way to Flushing just for this. None of the dishes we pick from the carts (how fun is that) has ever disappointed us. Have made multiple trips coming to this place, and still can’t wait for our next visit!

The best dim sum in Flushing, Queens!
I’ve been here many times, and the food is consistently delicious every single visit. Everyone I bring falls in love with it too. We always order a lot, and somehow, we finish everything—it’s just that good.

The must-try dish here is the rice noodle rolls with crispy shrimp. The texture and flavor are absolutely perfect—the crispiness of the wrapper, the rich sauce—it’s something I’ve never found at any other dim sum place. Highly recommended!

Other standouts include the siu mai, har gow, and especially the deep-fried pineapple and BBQ pork bun. The bun is thin and crispy on the outside, while the filling is perfectly sweet, fragrant, and juicy. It’s a must-order!

The restaurant is only open in the mornings, and I recommend coming around 10 AM. If you arrive earlier, some items may not be ready yet.

Overall, this place is a gem. I always come with my family, and it never disappoints.

Very traditional and good dim-sum. The service is good but there was this new guy who totally messed up our drink order. But the others helped to correct it right away. There were 10 of us and finished with around $250 all included

I’ve been here so many times. I don’t know what is called the rice noodle rolls one, but it’s very DELICIOUS!!! I ordered it 3 times. The custard buns are very good.
