Omg… this food no words can describe the exquisitely delicious meals I have continuously enjoyed here. Day after day is a different experience prepared with heart and soul. I got Rice and Beans with Oxtail and plenty of Gravy. 10/10 SPOT. Food so good, I ate all of it. In Margate area, coconut creek, near FT. Lauderdale. Oh and sorry for, no pictures, I enjoyed my meal and the pictures were unattainable after…although… It tickled me to post them.
Lastly, the perfect maduros! But they might only give you two at a time. and no they are not burnt.

There was such a quiet ambiance as people were steadily coming in. Two female employees were tending to each customer in a timely manner. One of the employees dished out my order of the brown stew chicken lunch special into a carry out container. It was served with rice & peas, steamed vegetables, and plantain. After paying for the food, I sat at an available table to enjoy my lunch.
The steamed vegetables was tasty with a crunchy texture. The rice & peas was cooked to soft consistency. The chicken was browned nicely, tender, and flavorful. No comment on the one plantain which was quickly eaten. Enjoyable food nonetheless.

LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. now the food is delicious don’t get me wrong but that jerk pasta goes by weight @ $11.79 / per pound. Getting that is like playing Russian Roulette with your money because you barely get any meat maybe like 1 or two pieces in that thing and it just taste like regular pasta, no jerk flavor in existence. You’re better off getting the jerk chicken from them and go home to make the pasta yourself. I think they need to add chunks of meat in their pasta and to bring out that jerk flavor more. Just my experience but everything else is cool.

The taste and quality of the food at this particular location has improved so much over the last year or so! It’s really one of the best locations in that regard. Finally they are getting more courteous in professional staff than in the past but there’s always room for improvement in that area. The curry shrimp is over the top delicious!!! My advice to them is just to be deliberate about hiring courteous, professional people who will not cause you to lose business!

I visited the Golden Krust this morning at Coconut Creek Parkway Florida. I drove there for Ackee , however it was finished and she went and asked the kitchen to make another batch that I could get from ! I felt so special ! To top it off it tasted so delicious so that chef today had my daughter asking if it was my special Ackee this ! It was delicious !!!! The store was clean and service was excellent ! Thanks Sadie and Chef !

Ms Shanika and staff supplied me with excellent customer service, even better food and a clean and peaceful atmosphere in which to enjoy my lunch while listening to all my favorite worship songs on continuous play. I’ll definitely will come here for lunch AND now dinner with friends!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was with my partner when this happened, and I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. She pleaded with the staff just to get a simple resolution, and the entire time the employees stood there giggling, confused, and completely incompetent. One of them even said she was “making it complicated” by picking up her own order — how does that make any sense?
It got worse. Another employee made a comment about her accent, saying they “didn’t know she was Jamaican” until she spoke and that they “couldn’t believe she was Jamaican.” Completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
When she calmly explained that if the restaurant doesn’t have an item, it shouldn’t be available in the app, the manager actually asked her “Are you perfect?” instead of taking responsibility. After that, the manager literally refused to talk to her, called the police for no reason, and then kept asking me the questions — and every time she tried to answer, the manager would just walk away like she didn’t exist.
The order was never made, never prepared, and yet they refused to cancel it so she could get a refund. This place is disrespectful, dismissive, and clearly not trained to handle customers or basic situations. Avoid this location at all costs.

I had a great experience. Sadain was amazing—when I called to place an order for my mom, she was incredibly patient, helpful, and accommodating. Our food was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Excellent service and excellent food. We’ll definitely be coming back

Worst experience ever. I placed a pickup order, drove all the way to the restaurant, and they told me they never even had the items I ordered. They assumed I was a DoorDash driver instead of the actual customer. Then they literally told me to “call the customer” to explain why I don’t have the order… when I WAS the customer.
They refused to cancel the order so I could get my money back, refused to take responsibility, didn’t prepare anything because they never had it, and then called the police on me simply for asking for a cancellation so DoorDash could issue a refund.
I left with no food and no refund. Completely unprofessional and absolutely outrageous behavior. Never again.
