I recently visited Golden Dragon Buffet and overall, I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars.
They offer a great variety with a full buffet, hibachi grill, and sushi selection, which makes it a solid choice if you’re dining with a group and everyone wants something different. The shrimp and crab rangoons were especially good. They were fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth going back for. The hibachi station is a nice bonus and adds extra value to the experience.
The main downside is the condition of the restaurant itself. The furniture, floors, and walls are worn and dated, and the place could definitely use some updates and general fixes. The dessert selection is limited, and it would be nice to see more options to finish the meal. The toilets were clogged, which was disappointing and something that needs attention.
That said, for the price, it’s a good deal and offers plenty of variety. If you’re looking for an affordable buffet with solid food choices, it’s worth checking out. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars.

This is my favorite Chinese buffet! The staff is wonderful, always keeping the food hot and warm. The wontons are absolutely great, and I love the fried shrimp! The service is wonderful with a smile every time, and our drinks are constantly topped off – never have to ask for refills! And if you like mushrooms, oh my, they have them! Okay so first of all I went in with a friend. I have a very calm and well-mannered guide dog and my friend was on crutches. The restaurant was about half full. They put us all the way in the farthest back corner. What a chore for my friend!
Then the server came and told me I should leave my dog at the table because someone might be afraid. I told him it’s not my responsibility if someone else is afraid of a well-mannered, well groomed, and well trained service animal. I did choose to leave her at the table because this is my habit.
Now the food. The cold food was warm and the supposedly warm food was cold. Food in Arkansas is supposed to be at $135° if it’s a hot food. This food was not even mouth temperature in my gas is it was maybe only slightly above room temperature. This is a danger to people!
The service was basically non-existent and we were positioned where the staff typically clustered so they could keep an eye on us. I know when I’m being watched. We didn’t do anything that should have created a problem but we were certainly treated a second class citizens.
Also they’re supposed to have sushi and they don’t or at least they didn’t on that day.
if I could give this place negative stars, I would. Please for the sake of your family I would recommend you don’t eat here because unless they really fix their food temperature, you might have problems.

This is the best buffet in Springdale! Me and my husband eat here often and it never disappoints! The staff greets us with smiles and always asks about our family. The crab rangoon is so crunchy and savory! The food is always warm and very tasty. My favorite is the mushrooms, perfect to go along with the fried rice! And oh, the hibachi grill to the side! Grab your favorite meats and noodles and get ready for a great taste! Me and my husband highly recommend the salt and pepper squid! And don’t forget to get your little coffee cake before you leave! Staff is very friendly and helpful. This food just isn’t good. It’s all very bland. The sesame chicken was pink and slimy. All of the food seemed “off.” There were three of us and I got water, and it was $60 before tip. That is pretty pricey for a quick lunch.

The food is bland and okay I mean this place offers one of the cheapest Buffet you can find in the city so dont expect the food to be that good. It cost me total of $12.49 for a lunch buffet and somehow it was worth it. They have sushi as well.

Great. Food. Everything was great I didn’t try anything I didn’t like and. I would come back again the pepper chicken was awesome pepper beef. Was just as good. Beef and broccoli was good Chicken and broccoli was good. General TSO chicken. Is amaze cream cheese wontons are amazing stuffed potatoes are great sushi was ok. Good quality fish.
