My family & I always have a wonderful experience at Golden Corral in Spokane! From the moment we walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and well-managed. You can truly tell the management team takes pride in running a smooth, organized restaurant.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and constantly making sure everything stayed clean & stocked. Every employee we interact with has a positive attitude and makes us feel appreciated as guests. We love that the restaurant is so family oriented, kids love going there.
The food is fresh, hot, and consistently replenished. There is always a great variety to choose from, and everything we have is flavorful and well-prepared. It’s clear the kitchen staff works hard to maintain quality throughout the day.
The dining is was clean, tables are cleared quickly, and the overall environment is always comfortable and inviting. This location does an excellent job making their guests feel like home.
We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this Golden Corral to anyone looking for a satisfying meal and great service in Spokane!

An excellent buffet! We go for the senior special late lunch and get full of salad, pulled pork, grilled pork steak and beef top sirloin. Of course there are many options for those that want different things. Kids love the dessert bar. Grandpa’s do too! As with any buffet, the best time to go is when they’re busy. Fresh hot food coming out constantly. Employees are always friendly and helpful. And the place is kept amazingly clean, bathrooms too!

I come here often. I just go for the dinner buffet with no special drinks, so the service isn’t the biggest deal to me, although the servers are friendly. I will rate some foods, because that’s the most important part of a buffet. Mainly proteins and desserts, because I generally avoid the carb heavy options since they’re not particularly tasty here and also the cheapest things to buy and make at home anyway:
Turkey and ham: 9/10. Holiday items. Both are very good, not too dry or overcooked. A grill worker slices them for you, so you can’t just take however much you want at once, although you can come back for more however many times you like. Wish they served these year round. Definitely my favorite protein options at this place.
Pizza: 5/10. Very basic pizza, nothing special although not disgusting. Tastes like cheap frozen pizza. Not sure what I expect from a pizza at a Golden Corral.
Fried shrimp: 7/10. Surprisingly good, one of my favorite proteins that’s always on the menu.
Steak: 4/10. Very chewy, lacks flavor. I’m honestly not a huge steak fan anyway but I’ve had much better tasting steak.
Fried and baked chicken: 7/10. Both are very good. Big chunks of chicken, seems to be mainly the thigh area. Not much to say, but I always get these when the (even more delicious) ham and turkey aren’t around.
Pumpkin Pie: 4/10. A holiday item, not good at all. Looks wet, tastes like it needs to bake longer, and needs more sweetness and spice.
Pecan pie: 6/10. Another holiday item. Crust is bland (like most of their pies) and the filling needs more flavor, but the pecans on top are tasty at least. If this had pecans on the bottom, and the crust of the cheesecake or key lime pie it would be fantastic.
Cheesecake: 5/10. Filling needs major improvements. It just doesn’t taste like a cheesecake should, and needs more sweetness. The crust is actually good on this pie, though.
Chocolate cake: 4/10. Very dark cake, but seriously lacks flavor. Not sure what that’s about. If the chocolate flavor was richer it would be great.
Brownies: 7/10. Basic, but pretty good. Would be better with caramel, peanut butter, or chocolate chunks inside.
Carrot cake: 9/10. Very good carrot cake. Tastes like carrot cake should, I always get several slices of this.
Bread pudding: 8/10. Delicious, especially if you get pieces with the icing. Even better if you put some caramel and peanuts on top
Chocolate chess pie: 7/10. This dessert is oddly filling, which I like. Tastes pretty good too. The crust needs improvement, and the filling could be better, but it’s decent. Wish the top was vanilla cream cheese frosting instead of a cool whip esque topping.

To get an invite to join a couple friends last night to indulge I was all in! First of all the establishment looks nothing like I remembered it, 10 years ago! It was amazingly clean open and comfortable. All of the staff was welcoming. Charlotte was our waitress, and she was absolutely amazing. As I could tell, her shift was nearing it’s end but is she displayed in attitude of I just got here and I’m ready to work! Thanks, Charlotte! She allowed us to sit near the window and watch the snowfall though that section was most likely closws down. All I can say is that Charlotte’s and the staff there at the Spokane Golden Corral has forever changed my mind from what I remember 10 years ago.
Oh, And I found out that ya’ll have breakfast now on the weekends?!?!?! I’ll be back!

My fiancé and I tried golden corral for the first time tonight, thinking it might be great. Absolutely not! the plates they have “clean” for people to use for their food were dirty had crusty food on half of them. we lost our appetite from the start. everything was very bland and mushy, the mac and cheese was so overdone, we asked for medium rare are got very overcooked steak. everything looked very unappealing. the ice cream was literally liquid. we should have got our money back but hey we tried it and didn’t like it. now we know! the only good thing was the clam chowder and the water lol. $43 for very nasty food.

This place absolutely blew me away! From start to finish, everything tasted gooooood — actually, way better than good. Every single dish in the pictures I took was bursting with flavor, cooked perfectly, and looked just as amazing as it tasted.
The presentation was spot on — you can literally taste the care and quality just by looking at the photos. Fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth coming back for again and again.

The best golden coral I’ve ever eaten. Clean and friendly staff. It’s still a buffet but the food is good and usually turns over pretty quickly
Really loved the seafood options always crisp and fried well, I spilled my water my server was amazing about it , she helped immediately and got me fresh water. (Sorry again) We come here almost Everytime we visit from Montana. Great staff I felt like everyone cared enough to make guests happy, very fun vibe lots of people about.

If I could pick the best restaurant it would be Golden Corral. People complain about the price. Crazy. If you go to another restaurant and pay for one set meal, it’s more than G.C. You get everything, I mean EVERYTHING at G.C.
Oh and you can go back as MANY times AS YOU WANT.

Really impressive western style buffet. First time to try it during speak break at Spokane, the environment, the food, the service people are better than expected. Huge choices no matter you like salad, pasta, pizza, taco, meats. Environment is spacious and clean, not noisy. Many seats and areas you can choose. Even for birthday party. Price is fare and reasonable. If you eat a piece of beef, the price is deserved. If you love western buffet, this is right place for family and friends. You are affordable these wonderful food choices. Will recommend to my friends if they tour at Spokane .
