The service was very good. There were many selections to choose from and the pot roast, bourbon chicken and ham were very good. The fried foods were not so good, more soggy than crispy. Disappointed with the variety and taste of the desserts.

Update 2023: Food quality went way down; no pecan pie or fudge for ages. When food quality isn’t the greatest, people will stop coming when the better foods are served only rarely! That said, I was surprised at how many different ethnic foods were offered, and breakfast foods! Very different from the GCs in my former state, and much nicer. Everyone was very nice, staff and other diners. But just hope the waitstaff in your section is good, otherwise you won’t get the cup of coffee at the end of the meal or drinks refilled. The baked potatoes are consistently good.

The only issue I have with my last visit was that the onion rings while they were tasty could have been much warmer. But the fried chicken meatloaf and mashed potatoes were absolutely outstanding! As was the baked fish!

I haven’t been to a Golden Coral in a long time so I was looking forward to this trip. May I say that they didn’t disappoint. Let me first say that even though it’s a buffet the food was quite tasty and the variety was awesome. The server assigned our section was courteous and always there to take used plates away and refill our drinks. I will be going back.

Very accommodating! I went because I had called ahead of time asking for liver and onions. I was told it was on the menu. When I got there I searched for it only to find they were all out and no more would be served for dinner as it was a lunch item. I asked one of the waitresses who actually talked to the cook who was searing steak at the time, who was very willing to make me a serving size personally for my dietary needs. It was deep fried which was a new method but I tell you what, it was deeeelicious! Great job sir! All of the staff I met there were smiling and happy and so kind. I was greeted from the front all the way to my exit. I even enjoyed my conversation with the waitress who helped me to get my liver and onions. Thank you so much for making my visit there exceptional! Also this was my first time coming here and although I got my food to go I was able to tour the food bar and some of the restaurant and I can said it is a well kept facility. The place was very clean and the food variety was very nice. Keep up the good job guys and thank you again for your kindness and great service.

Food is decent and affordable. The variety of foods is extensive! The staff is decent. There is one guy that works there serving tables that is excruciatingly loud and obnoxious. I went last week hoping to relax and enjoy a nice meal and this guy was so loud I could barely think. He’s nice and helpful but needs to turn down the volume while we are trying to have a peaceful meal.

Was pleasantly surprised at how clean this location is. Food offerings were good, I’d come back. Servers need special mention, all very nice, hauling clean plates, (management, get them carts!) thank you ladies for keeping this restaurant going.

I was disappointed… My understanding is that with a chain or franchise you can count on consistency in quality and taste…many of my favorites didn’t have the same delicious flavors I expected and come to enjoy. My fish was not cooked fully, the crab salad was awful and the squash had a disgusting flavor. In the end a waist of money. Las Cruces Golden Corral but you should not change the recipe for our favorite dishes!
