People should know to tip the servers, I saw that many didn’t. They bring drinks, refills, take dirty plates away, and other things. A dollar or two is much appreciated by them!

it’s not fun being visually impaired with so much food and very little ability to be able to read. What food is that I needed help. MARLEE who was simply sweeping the floor and cleaning things around the area to keep the Restaurant proceeding came to my rescue without hesitation and helped me find the various items that I wanted for my meal and he was such a sweetheart. I am so grateful to him and then the top it off with REESE as our waitress was so courteous and conscious of our needs refills of water and soda and removing plates are just keeping everything clean with the five of us enjoying this delightful time at this fantastic restaurant. These two wonderful employees made my stay at this restaurant extra special but I also want to thank the other cooks. There was one hard-working woman who kept passing me with dishes cups, and just doing so much for her Customer that the whole team should be proud of their endeavor management has picked a great crew for this s restaurant and I hope the customers appreciate everyone’s hard work not just by saying thanks but tips giving them tips of these people work hard for him to serve.

I want to start off by saying how AMAZING our two servers were!
Coming from Canada to spend the day we wanted to go to the buffet. Upon arrival no one was at the counter to help us so we waited and that was not the problem however when the lady came her whole demeanor was very standoffish, not welcoming at all.
We find our seats. Our servers are absolutely amazing, We go get some food a lot of the food on the buffet didn’t look very appetizing looked old like it’s been sitting out for a while. However, we took the plunge tried a few things. My husband got mashed potatoes meatloaf, stuffing and what was supposed to be a barbecue pork chop ended up being a mini hamburger, the whole thing was awful. Some of the meat was not fully cooked. He was not eating and trying anything else. His appetite was done. We had talked to one of our servers and she went to the front and talked to the manager and the manager ended up giving us a free buffet to accommodate for the food not being cooked which was nice. Don’t get me wrong.
Spaghetti was definitely watery, not good at all, the mac and cheese looked like it was sitting for a long time. I wish I was able to take pictures however with helping my kids my phone was not in hand.
We went with another family and his wife walked the buffet and just felt sick to her stomach. We had mentioned it to the server that she would not be eating. The server was very kind, went to the manager and talked to the manager. The manager however refused to do anything about it. I went to the manager and she was very rude. I just explained exactly what the server explained to her and she said she can’t do anything for it once you pay even if you don’t eat that’s tough. I’m sorry but the amount of money that was paid for someone who didn’t even eat because the food looked so bad to her as someone who worked in the food industry I would have done my best to accommodate. She didn’t want to try she kept going on saying I gave you a free meal because the food was “under” cooked I won’t do it again she went off to say how she went to look at the meat and she said it was cook fine I said maybe us in Canada cook meat fully especially for buffets I don’t know because we again we’re just here to try it.
Over all not impressed how the manager was and how the food was, the only good thing was our servers!

We were a party of 6, with three kids 10 and under. This place was SLAMMED, but the food was amazing, the staff was aces and at the top of their game, and the atmosphere managed to stay light and upbeat even with a packed house. The meatloaf is top tier, and the hot apple crisp was awesome!! Everything from tacos, to fried chicken, to meatloaf, bourbon chicken, and fried rice, and an extensive dessert buffet, too.

Great food and a multitude of choices would be more enjoyable with quicker removal of dirty dishes, soda that wasn’t flat, and restrooms that were clean and in good repair. This restaurant isn’t usually overwhelmed and it’s more relaxed than others. Affordable. Recommended overall.

U can tell the difference in the cooks last time me and my dad ordered the potatoes were fresh seasoned perfect and the mac and cheese was delicious and creamy and seasoned aswell. today/Thursday 2-5-26 the food was disgusting. The potatoes were definitely instant no seasoning at all they literally just threw gravy ontop like that will fixx it and the Mac and cheese tasted like it was straight out the box. I guess we lucked up with that other chef cause the food was disgusting made like a rush job. 1 star for presentation . Won’t be ordering again because its not consistent. I want to enjoy what im eating

Regina was a great server to our family. She kept us laughing. The food was good as usual. My only issue with the food is that they now use ketchup/tomato paste on the meatloaf and I’m used to going and getting the meatloaf with gravy.It has been awhile since I’ve been there, so maybe the recipe changed. The sodas tasted funny too. Definitely not fresh and crisp. Everything else was great and still has the same taste, and again Regina was really funny and great to have.

I was so surprised to see the different variety of chicken the whole variety of all of it from each bar was so delicious.. the blue cheese in the salad was the freshest blue cheese I have ever had from any store or restaurant the gentleman who served us was not pushy or in a hurry he was very polite……. My 13-year-old got an adult meal but had to pay $350 or more extra just to get a drink with it and she only had two plates so I think that you shouldn’t have to pay for a drink with your all you can eat meal
